Just a cold start and rev of my B9 S5 SportBack
Front two silencers delete
Mid resonator delete
OEM muffler untouched

Currently have the front 2 deleted, was there a big change in sound when you did the middle? Is it still deep sounding? Not worried about drone, thanks!

Do you have more videos? I have my mid resonator deleted and am curious to know if I should remove the two fronts as well. How is the drone as well? Any feedback is much appreciated!

its2realj Will make more videos. The drone was acceptable, took me like a week to get used to it lol.

@@RcZ823 nice! Can you post more videos? Im digging the setup. I deleted my middle resonator already now I am thinking of deleting my silencers like you did.

its2realj I checked out your video, and without the front two it’s gonna be noticeably louder

@@RcZ823 thanks for the feedback. What I am curious to know is, when your valves are off, how quiet it gets.

its2realj just posted a new video. So even with valve closed, it will not be as quiet as OEM, but a lot quieter than with valve open. For me, I just want to leave it open the whole time hahaha.

The only part they won’t cover is gonna be exhaust leaks etc.

How did you delete them. Just an aftermarket muffler shop and they put pipes in? Or did you buy a mid pipe. They only thing i see out there is an ie midpipe and takes our first two resonators and thats 700$ what did you do for yours?

I just did it with a local muffler shop, and they used their own pipes. Mine was definitely under $500, can’t remember the exact amount tho.

So you deleted the middle resonators then the big muffler behind that? And left the back mufflers on with the valves?

@@carterstraub Yes I left the end muffler with valves untouched, and the valves still operational🤙🏼

im scared of doing this on my rs5 b9 with sports exhaust because im not sure about the drone kzfaq.info/get/bejne/btddqaebxNirZWw.html ive seen this video with them gone and it has the sports exhaust but im not sure about the drone

MEC CH for my S5, the drone is only noticeable between 2-3k rpm...
