Nice one chaps - coincidentally I rode the RR Sport (with the non carbon wheels) today for the first time from Bahnstormer in maidenhead, and although I'm a very different rider to you guys (much thinner for one thing ;0P ) I drew pretty much the same conclusions - best sportsbike out there, better than the Ducati in terms of handling, refinement, tech, punch...I also struggled finding neutral and with the odd clutch bite...what a fab bike though eh!?

I greatly appreciate the on road review! I believe the few small problems you have will be easily fixed with aftermarket parts in the near future.

I got rear ended (slow impact) last year while stopped at a junction and the rear number plate mount got smashed. A replacement from BMW only cost €80 or thereabouts. None of the lights or reflectors etc were damaged and the number plate was fine so I simply transferred them to the new part and fitted it all myself with assistance from some you tube videos. The little BMW badge comes with the part so no need to go fiddling with that. At least I have a spare bmw badge now if I ever lose the one on it. The can fly off some bikes. Thankfully my rear carbon wheel was undamaged.

When I'm bored i just scroll through and watch anything i haven't watched from this channel, Always pays off. Just want to say..... THANK YOU!!! 44T for this epic channel. Unlike me to donate or sign up to any memberships as I'm a typical tight Northener, but you guys are totally worth the £5 a month. Even if i got nothing in return. Patiently waiting for the next BBB. I Serviced William's S1000RR Demo bike 2 weeks ago and took it out for 40 mins test ride, I want one also and I'm more of a Off road world traveller then Sports bikes these days, But you're right it feels so good in dynamic almost feels as comfy as my 98 VFR800FI but with crazy handling and power. Great review :).

I have been on a 2 hr test run this morning on a fresh 73miles on the clock msport mpack something or other …. The bike is magic a little vibey but it’s a night and day difference from what I’ve rode before…. 9/10 from me one word to summarise …. easy ❤ 🔥

Almost everyone mentions inline 4, like it's some kind of lesser of an engine! Inline 4 is actually a very capable engine, it's smooth, it can rev pretty damn high, too. It's just very smooth and some people interpret that to being boring!

Wanna know about road testing this bike, refer to Peter Hickman at North West 200 this year. His 2019 S1000RR hadn't even been ridden until a couple of days beforehand, I think.

Too much temptation on the roads but boy...what a track weapon. I still think that the Aprilia v4 Tuono has more soul and would be my road bike choice. What do I know though..I ride a gsa.😜

Really enjoyed the video. I had the m sport out from Jeffries BMW and it is the best bike ever. Brilliant road bike and those carbon wheels really do make a difference. I agree with AL, dynamic mode is perfect for the road.

Love the dual vlog. It's shouty because it's German... that's interesting to hear it's less comfy than the previous models, i wanted one as a daily due to my 1299anniversario not being that comfy.

The bike was brilliant, very much on the nose, but I did find the mirrors to be vibey, not that I could see the same issue in your bikes.

Would be great if you guys could do an interview with Hickman on his views on the new bike and why he went for the superbike engine in the last race👍🏼

It's the seat that's higher which is giving you a different sense of the reach to the bars.

I hear you and do the same sort of job as you guys. I think this more focused S1000RR is properly bonkers and then some and that is how a supersport bike should be. Its not as road friendly as the old bike yes but that might be missing the point. I dont like the overkill on the electronic front and think the standard bike will make for the better buy. I really like it!

I find power rs feel greasy when you run "normal" road pressure so i put them low 32 front 34 rear on the road and use in all conditions the pressure i find rises alot with these tyres almost to recomended when hot from the temp i start with.

Picking a 2021 m package s1000rr next week ...just so I'm not putting 1000s of miles on my 50k 2020 v4s. Hope I like it!

Good and fun review as always, but for BMW money, I'm going with a V4 all day long!

the problem with those rear lights is not everyone can distinguish red from orange. With the rear/brake light separate from the indicators colourblind people can still see if you are braking because the light is either on or off. By changing the brake lights to be basically the indicators I reckon there may be issues
