Can anybody tell me from china how to learn this art and how many years it will take to learn. I am 22 years old.

This is modern wushu. Depends on where you live, but there are many good wushu schools out there that you can learn from. Most schools don't start you on a weapon until you've learned the basics for at least a year (because it's dangerous). So probably a little over a year to start getting to play with wushu staff. However, you also have to understand that's he a professional athlete and one of the world's best. Just like any other professional top-level athlete, he's trained everyday for many many years to achieve this level and has natural talent, so you probably won't perform the movements as nicely as he does, but you will at least learn them.

@@deepakgori8174 I agree with BlueHippoFilm. One more thing you might be interested in is that the competitions in the video are more about demonstrating martial arts (so it looks and sounds great), rather than defeating rivals (may not be practical in self-defence). They are fantastic sports, but may not be the best way to train yourself to be a badass, although any of the athletes can easily beat me LOL.

I have a beautiful 5 foot Ash Staff I practice with. I also have a beautiful 3 foot Red Oak Stick, 2 short Sticks for Daggers, and I use a T-shirt instead of a chain. I want to learn 3 section staff but I play out on a wooden porch and I would destroy the porch. I started Silat and Escrima in 1993 and Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi in 2008. I am 46 YO from Hollywood. My favorite Wushu is the Bagua and Taiji.
