That may be the finest sound treatment application I've ever seen on a door. What you did with the panel, along with the clean uniform layout of the material, was quite nice.

With all that, i am sure the mileage will drop do to the heaviness off the doors for sure. My QX80 did just that

It weighs significantly less than a human passenger. Look at it that way. Do you worry about your mileage when you take a couple of people with you?

What are you using to cut the material as you go?

Sharp scissors with silicone spray. This prevents the adhesive from sticking to the scissors and allows a clean cut. Smaller cuts are from a razor blade.
