I'm sad this has so few views. These ladies are throwing so well! I really think many amateurs and people (like me) with lower arm speeds can learn a lot from watching the women play at this level.

I wish I could throw this well. =) Love watching them play. It does feel like it's more in the realm of possibility, than say, Paul throwing 600 yards and landing next to the basket. Don't get me wrong, I still love watching Paul, but I feel like I can improve my own game better by watching the women.

Valerie is my new favorite pro. I thought I was the only one to still throw Coyote's. They are the same mold as a Mako but really domey (pop-top) and they glide FOOOOREEEEEEEEVVVER.
