Greatsetup, especially for people taking the dog along on adventures. You can still sleep on the passenger side with your waterproof storage boxes on the rack. And plenty room to pack a tent if there’s 2 people. Optimally turning the awning into a tent would be handy. Awesome 👏🏼

Great review! But for the CB antenna, you need to have a better "ground" than the roof rack.

Thanks very much, it's not made much of a different. It's made it a bit stiffer. But it just stops it hitting the bump stops all the time.

Additional battery install was interesting, would have been nice to see the dog, waiting delivery of my Jimny, shouldn't be long now, only been waiting 1 year!

1 year?? WOW!! i waited 8 months for mine. Thanks for the comment. Yes the dual battery is great for camping. Solar is next I think to keep the battery topped off when stationary. I will add the dog in next time thanks.

Mine is in blue. Mods so far are: # 215/75/15 Toyo open country AT tyres. # LED Roof rack # Armrest # mod front grille # wind deflectors # Clear front indicators # Clear side repeaters # mud flaps front an rear # LED fogs and daylight running lights # Upgraded front an rear speakers Next up is winch, recovery points front an rear, CB radio, 2 inch lift kit, and mod back lights

Ohhh awsome. Love the blue colour. I know a few people have gone with those tyres. The car drives so much better with wider tyres on.

@@northwestoverlander8463 it does indeed. Only place i have "almost" got stuck so far is in boggy-mud. The jimny feels unstopable off road and im constantly trying to get it stuck somewhere, but it just wont! With rear lockers it would climb mt. Everest i am sure of it.

Hi Jan, I run 215/75/15. at that time was running a 1" spring spacer. I now have a full 40mm/2" OMU Suspension kit.

Hi Could you tell me what tyres you've put on your Jimny. Those are the standard wheels aren't they?

Hi yes the are standard rims. Tyre size is 215/75/15

Front runner sell them. You can buy the stainless steel or black coated

The length of the awning is 2.1x1.8m when you mean rolled up do you mean how big is the bag? Thanks

@@northwestoverlander8463 ...sorry isn't that the extension width when setup? What I meant what is overall length when bagged up. It should be more than 2.1 m.
