To those who made negative comments below, I have a question. Have you personally been on board this yacht? I doubt it. I will agree with you that there are personal tastes involved in choosing a yacht but if it doesn't work for you it doesn't mean there is something wrong with it. The Navetta 68 is still essentially an owner operator yacht. If you want crew separation then you should go for the next size up the Navetta 73. As owner operators it would be us who would be attending to matters in the galley and whilst doing so we would like to remain in conversation with our guests in the cockpit, the dinning area or the lounge. So for that purpose the aft location of the galley is perfect. Someone else commented about the mess whilst food is prepped, you are wrong, cause food would very likely be the topic of conversation if you are with friends. Any other mess, well that's just down to your personal habits and hygiene standards. The other comment about it being all plastic. Have you visited their boatyard or if that's not possible look through their production videos on you tube. I could say a lot more about how sound and sturdy the absolute boats are because of their unique production method. I agree the Navetta range has a unusual look about it because of its trawler hull which is designed for long distance cruising at displacement speeds. If you want something more racy you can look at their Fly range. So why am I so worked up about this yacht. Well, because I have spent the last three years looking for something to suit our requirements and this Navetta 68 comes the closest. I have checked out personally the range from Sunseeker yachts and Prestige yachts. Visited their factories carried out sea trial on all of them and we are coming close to making a decision. My family were invited for the Absolute weekend last September to Varazze Italy to carry out a sea trial on this yacht. We also had further meetings with my local broker in La Napoule South of France where the yacht would be located on purchase and then at the Cannes yacht show we did a detailed price analysis and contracts discussion. There are however two points on which I have reservations. First is that due to the very large fly bridge which by the way is great for entertaining and the biggest in this size range, I feel the yacht is slightly top heavy causing the yacht to roll a bit during slow speed. So I have asked for two changes to be made, one to replace the current sea keeper gyro stabilizer with a larger one they have on the 73 model. They have said yes that's fine but my second request is to also have something like the Sleipner fin stabilizers located outside the yacht in the hull. This I have been told will take a few months to give an answer because of where it would have to be installed. Next I want to increase its current cruising range by having more fuel on board from its current 3500L and decrease the size of the engines to the ones used on the 58. If all this can be done, then I believe I have my YACHT.

The enjoyment was spoils because the camera angles were all wrong.

The 68 is quite a step up from the 64. It has 4 state room including 2 master suite, magnetic table/bar lining, closeable partition to the helm and 4 sun loungers on the front deck. Too bad it doesn't have the beach club options that's available on the 64. I prefer it over the crew quarters option

Commentate and change the music to something else, brutal choices.

Never buy a yacht with a walk in galley. As already noted a working galley is usually pretty untidy and not a good arrival experience for you or your guests to be greeted by when you first board.

Who ever made this video must have dipped into the ''Absolute Navetta'' wet bar. Must of had lots of ABSOLUT Vodka. I.E. camera technic makes me sea sick.

This is a very nice vessel, however, there are two flaws. The first is that you walk into the boat through the galley. Working galleys did not look like this . They are full on appliances, pots/pans, mess as the food is prepped etc. So what does your guests see .... a mess. The second issue with this boat is that there is no “day-head” on the mail level. Whether the day-head is being used as a convenience while underway or for use by your guests, avoiding having to go down into the private sleeping area, is desirable.

Thought I would give another yacht channel a go, never again if this anything to go by. Aquaholic only from now. This is terrible, the camera man must have been drinking and where is the commentating with all the relevant information about the boat instead of the stupid music.

Wouldn't pay more than 2 racks for this plastic boat on my worst day
