Another great video on this beautiful bike. Thank you. Doing this modification will avoid the Ducati guaranty. When I speak with my dealer they always recommend not to use not approved Ducati parts.

Seems like Ducati was being honest about full torque making the bike less rideable and likely slower on track.

Was going to consider the open flash tune but not euro5 as I have a 2021… ( or .. are US SFV4 all E4? ) since you saw an increase in RPM with the upmap, did u notice a difference mileage… any other differences like temp gauge u mentioned? How about variations in pull with different gears ? Thanks bill… as you already may know, many of us have turned to you for source reference … keep up the good work.. will always look to your vids with questions .. thumbs up my friend..

Mate, respect on your riding. That road didn't look the best & you were attacking with purpose. Moving at +100mph = 160km per hour for me is a good wack. I can't do that with your confidence. Bike sounds nice.

Hello Bill. Well I purchased the 2021 Euro 5 SFS back in November. I've just fitted the Arrow Titanium Line exhaust with UpMap. My god it loud!!! Unfortunately I have the same issue as you had with this UpMap not working. I've emailed them saying its possibly a faulty item like you had. They don't have the Mtorque or performance maps for the Euro 5 bikes yet but I do have an engine light on due to the exhaust 🙄

I’ve just tried mapping mine today. Ducati seem to have given me an UpMap that isn’t compatible with Euro 5 and now we’re waiting for Ducati Italy to get back to us tomorrow

Great video! I've got some questions.. 1.- have you tried the other mapping? The performance one, if so, which is the difference? 2.- are the other electric motorycle features like dwc, dtc the same? 3.- once you download and install mapping is done? Or everytime you start the motorcycle you have to pair the phone? Thanks! I can't wait to get mine!!

So Bill as I understand there is a map for a "standard" bike too?? If so it should make more hp and will be better than the OEM Ducati map? This is interesting as I thought the Ducati ECU was locked??

I just loaded the Mtorque map but did not ride the bike yet, was wondering if it is necessary to unplug the lambda sensors or can I just leave as is. Always enjoy your videos keep up the good work. Cheers.

Question: You think it’s worth it if I use/install upmap on my 2022 Streetfighter V4 (100% stock)? Just simply asking your opinion, I’m from Toronto, Canada and I guess it’s worth noting that the gas-quality we have available here (canada) is not the best vis a vis your gas there in USA. Anyhow, I’m sure from your experience, you’ll be able to share some thoughts. Thanks again.

Nice!! I’m gonna buy the arrow exhaust for my sfv4. 2 questions: 1. Must I buy the UPMAP. 2. If yes I was checking the app and I don’t know what’s included with the device. Just the oem map? If I want to set the performance map do I have to buy an extra map or I can’t get it If I don’t download the oem map?

@@CaliMotoTV Thanks Bill... I pick my T800 up tomorrow in Cape Town. I will then just stick with the free map... If the MTorque removes the restrictions (40 odd HP) like they claim it must make a huge difference - so disappointing to hear it is not. Regards!

Hello bill whats it about the fabric waranty will you lose that when you upmap this mapping into the sf, and most of all the set the exhaust and the mapping ? Because i have seen people talk to there ducati dealers and they said akrapovic only 🤔

So as for the Lamda sensor, you just simply unplug the connectors and leave it there? Or we have to remove the sensor out from the exhaust?

Our first upmap unit did the same thing. We had to return it and get another one.

I bought a used ducati v4 a year ago with a t800 upmap unit on it and now I'm trying to revert to stock ecu mapping. In "founded devices", when I click on my unit, it says "error- device already binded". Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Bill I believe from ducati when ever they plug in there computers to service or load up dates it wiped the up map off your bike pls confirm this as it will be an expensive operation to keep on buying up maps if they are only for one time use ? Thanks Bradley

If that happened you can re-use the map you've already purchased and do it again as far as I'm aware? I haven't had to do that yet, but the map is yours and the T800 is connected to your bike so you can't use the map or the T800 on any other bike, you'd have to buy another to do that.

Never heard of it. Link? You can probably reach out to upmap and see if they have a tune they'd recommend for that exhaust.

Hi, I think I'm having the same issue, the upmap was able to connect via BT, configure, then at 'Detecting vehicle model' it kicks back to the disclaimer page. Says 'Unable to start a dialogue with device' is my upmap device defective? If so, do I contact Upmap in Italy or the place I purchased it from, Motomillion.

Hello Bill, I test rode the Street Fighter last weekend. The test bike only has 2 miles on the clock and 14k rev limit. I had to stick it in race mode to get the best from it. My friend came with me on my Tuono v4 1100 Factory and was expecting the Street Fighter to destroy it. It just didn't. To be fair I was quite underwhelmed. I was out for a while on it and was over 60 miles on the bike by time we got back. It did get looser and a little more eager. I did notice the bike is massively restricted in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears. Only really opening up in top gears. I do still want the Street fighter. I will want the Arrow as had them on previous bikes and happy with them. Would you recommend this up map?

Hey Bill great video series, does the T800 unit need to stay connected to the bike? Once map is loaded into bike can you disconnect or does this unit act as a bypass for the factory brain.

Cali Moto TV can’t wait! I’m not happy with the SF output at all. I’m hoping this will come out for the full AKRPOVIC system soon! If it helps the Throttle feel better and actually give them some Punch in 2,3,4 from 3k to 7 would be just what she needs

@@CaliMotoTV I'm see the same thing after flashing my V4s with BrenTuning. I'm getting between 25 to 31mpg after the flash. My fuel light comes on between 78-93 miles. It's the worst out all my motorcycles to include 2015 R1,2017 RSV4, 2018 Suzuki Gsxr 1000r. I'm going to need more gas stations where I ride now.
