I tried just a single xr1 over 2 years ago. Full resonator delete, even the tailpipe and chose full 3.5" mandrel piping. It was stupid loud. I love loud but was too much. I added the 8" 40004s up front and it is great. Still loud but not stupid loud. It still sets off car alarms just by idling by cars. The video doesn't do it just how loud and deep these sound with good mufflers. Go ahead and try just one but be prepared to quiet it down a little more .

If I was to get any gasser variation of a diesel it would be the Ford 7.3 all day. Highest towing capacity out of ALL other gasser V8 trucks and can actually tow just as much as a diesel with the right options equipped (package,gearing etc)

The only problem with this thing is, doing hotshot with one will be a headache because you dont have big diesel islands to pull into like you do with a diesel.

I bought a tremor with the 7.3 for all those reasons. I don't have to screw with DEF, pay over $5 a gallon for diesel, and it's dead simple

Also, the gas mileage is about half of a diesel while towing, and 3/4 while empty. The 7.3 is great but no comparison to the Powerstroke... Two completely different trucks.

We live on a farm and pull livestock trailers. We had one of the first 2003 2500 Hemis and after about 4 years I put a banks monster exhaust on it. With overdrive off and gas motors having the power up in the RPMs it just screamed deep like this. I’m only 34 but I see this now and think, would I hate my life even at this level.

did they even factory paint the rear diff on the 2018s? mine wasnt and had rust in < 6 months... had to por-15 that. The 2022 f250's comes painted black

I started my setup the same way back in september of 2020 on my '20 F250 7.3 Tremor. I then removed the larger XR1 and kept the smaller XR1 only. Much better sound

@@CoffeeTable5592 had lots of different v8s my entire life. This 7.3 with the single vibram borla pushed out the stock exit was the only one that produced a wall of sound that was physically a force. It was tangible in its efforts to produce outward force. Idk how to explain it. Was not loud in the cabin at all but it would just push that sound across the highway. Especially great at cruise speed of 2,000rpm

430hp and 475tq, that’s a lot of power. An LLY Duramax or a 6.0 Powerstroke make that hp with full bolt ons and tunes, but they have another 300+tq over the gasser.
