Yep. Stupid - but not stupid enough - people will go with honda rather than mb. Ever since the Old Man Honda died (1999?), honda has been circling the drain in terms of quality and reliability. Adding its unwillingness deal with screw ups and the fact that it's made hell knows where in South America, it's no longer a viable choice. For about the same money, you can get a real MADE IN JAPAN beast - Toyota 4Runner. Feel free to ignore.

Will it adjust to posted speed limit sign? Will it stop if there's red light? Will it accelerate to avoid rear end accident? Will it stop for pedestrian during backing up? Will it stop for big pot hole in the road? Will it adjust speed on sharp corners? Honda is all about safety. There's some, but certainly not all.
