Rachel Eizner, the 2020 NSDA National Champion in House Congressional Debate, shares her advice for winning Speech and Debate.
Rachel is a current senior and serves as the speech captain at Monte Vista High School in Alamo, California. As a freshman, she was a finalist (9th) at the California State Speech and Debate Tournament, as well as at the National Speech and Debate Tournament (20th) in the House. She held the same National placing throughout her sophomore year. Recently, she championed the 2020 National NSDA Tournament in the House. Closer to home, she is a 3-time Stanford and 2-time UC Berkeley Debate Tournament finalist in Congressional Debate.
