3 жыл бұрынA little update on the 2020 Rewind for KZfaq. While rewatching my 2019 rewind, I realized I ended it with the clip at the beginning of this rewind... followed by a handstand clip. Going into 2020, all I wanted to do was practice handstands and I'm proud of myself for finally making that happen. Now for 2021!

I really want to be able to hoop like this! I started trying out with a headstand and totally flipped onto my back last week. 😂 Amazing work!

I get you- It's really hard! Work on dolphin pose in yoga and definitely use a wall to help you!
