Exciting stuff starts at 3:04 EDIT: In the video we say the Long version is 35mm longer and 4mm taller. We should have said 35cm and 4cm, not mm.

As for every van, it would be significantly quicker if you tested with a ladder on the roof.

Figures are not too bad. This Van’s acceleration time is actually faster than my previous owned 2007 Corolla Sedan.

Can't believe it's that quick with it's weight. Peugeot's website says it's an 8 speed auto, which seems about right, as it looks like 4th gear would max out at around 120km/h.

With all the hundreds of available makes and models to chose from, it astounds me as to why you'd test a commercial van!! Performance Drive??

We test the performance of all cars. That's what we do. If you're not interested in a Peugeot van, don't watch it :) Edit: Also, we don't just 'choose' from any car. These are all official press cars. Most manufacturers will only have a select range available on their press fleet to test, and usually only new releases or updates. Hope that provides some background for you.

I have compact version with 1.6 bluhdi its Ok to drive in the city 6L/100km outside the city driving with 90km/h No more and 4.5L/100km …. Its Ok to work

@azer 25 Toyota HiAce diesel did 11.55 in our 2019 test. Obviously the V6 HiAce is quicker :)

0:55: uncommon split rear barn doors? are you on drugs? it's very common! uncommon is the Hiace lift-up rear door. Pretty pointless doing a 0-100 for commercial van! and there was no need to rev the guts out of it.

In Australia the HiAce and iLoad are the most popular. They both have a lift-up tailgate. So, yes, here in Australia barn style doors are uncommon. In terms of why test 0-100, all cars that we review we test for 0-100. That's just what we do, and most of our audience enjoy our videos. If you don't like the video, that's totally fair enough. Don't watch it. Feel free to give a thumbs down too if that helps.

@@PDriveTV Nah your information is incorrect. Just because you did a review on a hiace and i-laod once does not mean that what you saw is what is on the road! you really need to find another form of work because reviewing cars is not for you. 80% of the vans I see around (and I work in the industry and are on the road 11hrs/day) are sprinter and master vans, fiat ducato, renault traffic vans and all have BARN DOORS, not lift-up doors, and the i-loads I do see all have barn doors.

Our reference is new vehicle registration figures in the form of VFACTS, provided by the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries in Australia. During 2020, Toyota sold 8391 HiAce vans and Hyundai sold 3919 iLoads in Australia, far outselling the third and fourth favourites, the Ford Transit (2379) and Renault Trafic (1701). Mercedes sold 1195 Vito vans, and Peugeot sold just 294 of these Expert vans. We don't refer to what 'we see on the road'.

@@PDriveTV You have no clue! you ahve to look at the whole picture 80% of all vans on the road have barn-doors they are commercial vans no one in the industry who is a courier use a lift-up door as you can't load a 1200 pallet in the back!
