look into Bison bumpers. They have some bulletproof brush guards one of a kind

a lot of guys in your comment sections are asking about clunks and rattles in your comment section.. some may be attributed to the snorkel of the air box, also the front motor mounts are really cheap and fail often, when doing a pre-ride check or post ride wash up, inspect these

Nice video Just purchased my 450 about 2 months ago good machine so far getting close to a hundred miles you ever notice it jerks when you go into gear ⚙️ ? Hope to do a 100 mile review soon

Cutleg 66 Thanks! I never noticed it jerking when I put it into gear but it usually makes a little clunk when I put it into gear which I believe it is supposed to do that because it’s done it since the day I bought it.

Best bang for your Buck. HO is high output so it's a 500cc. Cheesiest 509 on the market

Hello friend, I have a problem with my Polaris 450 quad bike when I get into the water, the water goes out and it turns off but the air filter is missing, which I have to change, can you give me an idea?

I put the HarborFreight on my 570 but if u get one get the 3500 I got the 2500 and regret not getting the bigger one

I'm in the process of trying to get a good deal on a Polaris 450 from a certain dealer here in Maine but they won't work with me on the price.

Polaris sportsman's must be greased regularly and don't forget the grease zerk on the 4wd shaft below the oil check plate door you removed in this video. Always use synthetic polaris oil if you ever expect polaris to warranty any motor problems.

I have a 2500lbs harbor freight winch on my 07 sportsman 500 has been on it since the quad was new haven’t had any issues

I have a 14 400 now and I’m looking to upgrade to the 2021 450 and I’m just curious does yours make the clunking sound when your going over bumps,rocks

If you play in mud your going to break axles! That’s just something you gotta get used to it and just some back ups

The funny thing is that I wasn’t even in the mud when it broke. I was riding it in a field and hit a small bump when it broke surprisingly. And even if I was related to mud ridding I don’t think the factory tires would be capable of it because they don’t have real aggressive tread.

Gopro Brayton I have the same bike got mines in April. 2” left , 28” maxxis Mudzillas, harbor freight 2500 pound winch front a rear bumpers & a Dalton clutch kit for 28” tires or lager and 12” STI D-6 wheels. Still riding stock axles! I do have a set of east lakes front and rear axles here in the shop ready!

You need to get a grease gun and learn how to grease it. the problem grease fitting is on the drive shaft right side. I grease mind every time I go riding. Ebay has a battery relocate kit for sportsman, best $75.00 you'll spend.

take off the seat and it’s probly that long plastic piece from the air box that comes up to the fuel tank rattling on the plastic

Yes it was $5,500 out the door after sales tax and registration. The Honda’s are a lot more expensive but they probably are the best atv for reliability.
