2020 YETI 100 MILE ENDURANCE EVENT

Күн бұрынThe Yeti 100 Mile Endurance Race is a 100-mile foot race along the Virginia Creeper Trail featuring a crushed limestone/cinder trail surface and 141 trestle crossings nestled in the beautiful mountains of southwest Virginia.

This was one of the best ultra videos I've ever seen. The highs, the lows, the liquor. 😂 The two guys sitting on the steps in the pouring rain, with empty stares, questioning their life choices! 😂😂 Incredible, well done to all the runners, volunteers, and film crew!

Gotta love yeti. I have no idea how you can run an ultra though, I can run a half marathon in 2 hrs, how the hell do you train towards an ultra?!

You just learn to slow down. Run a bunch of miles. Learn to eat during the race. Just don’t freak out, it’s a a day in the woods, dude.
