@@moniqueleducq1309 excellent and important point Monique, and also completely true. thom is a master craftsman not by chance, but rather through pure will, drive, determination, and passion. This life-changing music exists bc of all the thousands of hours of practice and toil by the lads for our supreme benefit as fans. Thank you for suffering for us thom, seriously. Without your inspiration I would never have gone down this path. Developing such character, discipline and dedication to the craft is as key as learning the pentatonic scale when it comes to the pursuit of making music. Thom is really happy here because Kid A and Amnesiac was a very positive time in his life and he remembers it very fondly. With OKNOTOK he just has memories of regret and his depression (which is shown in Meeting People is Easy). It might be the album that let him have the freedom to experiment with Kid A and Amnesiac but he wasn’t able to handle the pressure and fame that came with OK Computer. Thom doesn’t like to talk about it because he’s wasn’t proud of himself. But with Kid A he was rejuvenated and (somewhat) comfortable to continue and thank God for that

When I discovered RADIOHEAD 25 years ago I knew they were one of those bands that are brilliant and rare. Here we are in 2021 and there's no band who compares.

I went out and bought the book from Stanley and found it interesting to see so much of what they had done and the influence he had on Thom, to be able to enhance his music through the art he was able to generate in a different medium than music. Greatly appreciate this look into these thought through a video thank you.

After obsessing over Radiohead and recording every song and live performance I heard on the radio, I finally got my hands on my first Radiohead album, Kid A. I would sit and stare at the artwork while listening to the music and they both complimented each other wonderfully. Needless to say, it had a huge impact on me. It's great to see and hear them talk about it after so many years.

The artwork from the Kid A era, along with the unpublished stuff was probably the reason I was so interested in Kid A when I first discovered Radiohead. Like, the artwork was so different and it spoke to me (and still does) in such a way that I was thinking that this band had to be special. As a fellow (amateur) artist and a RH fan, the chemistry between Thom and Stanley Donwood is so inspiring for me. 2 masters of their work. Thank you for this amazing video, I'm happy to see Thom cheerful :) Can't wait for Kid Amnesiac!

As a life long Radiohead fan this is the first time I’ve seen the man behind the paintbrush. Always remember getting the new albums, track 1 on, sleeve out and just simply getting lost in the visuals and the music. Absolute pleasure every time. Thank you.

It's great to get an insight. Made me appreciate where the artwork was coming from. The Kid A and Amnesiac artwork always left me a bit cold but that was the point.
