Top notch channel Viktor! Would love a how-to on 2010-2015 RX shark fin antenna install without destroying the headliner. Seems like a common problem, getting it clipped off by garage door and ridiculously priced to fix at dealer. Many thanks!

It is a great suggestion, however in my experience, majority of the cases require a bodyshop repair as the roof panel usually gets bent/dented from the impact of the shark fin on the garage door. If I ever get a chance, I will make the video. Thanks!

True! in my case it doesn't appear that the roof is dented at all. I just bought the vehicle recently and noticed that for some reason the shark fin isn't flush to the roof, significant gap. No water is getting in at the moment, but I obviously want to prevent that and get it flush. I bought a new OEM antenna but was surprised that there is no adhesive on the bottom where it comes in contact with the roof. Seems odd that the bolt positioned in the center of the fin will be enough to properly make it fully flush with the roof. Once I remove the old one do you think it would be a bad idea to put some kind of adhesive / silicone underneath to make it bond and stay in place? If so, any recommendations on what adhesive would be best would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks! @@Viktor_G_Automotive

Hey I have one of the rear bumper sensors pushed in, do you recommend taking off the bumper and putting the sensors back in with some type of glue or should I use hot glue to pull back the sensor without removing the bumper ?

If I were working on it, I’d remove the bumper to evaluate what is going on and then proceed according to what you find.
