We have recently started a journey with Celiac and have found so many wonderful alternatives. Most gluten free items lean into potato or rice so look for whole grains as much as possible like amaranth. Canyon Bakery has great bread! Toasting gluten free bread makes it better!! Or throw it on a blackstone! Capello pizza crusts are THE best! Accompanied by all things green!

A perfect Sunday for me. Watching you two explore the world. The level in river here below me is rising due to the floods in Germany and Belgium. ( no worries we are safe here though) While enjoying the safety of our balcony I am enthralled once again with the footage you have so skillfully edited to share your experiences with your subscribers. Sigh, how beautiful! Looking forward to the next episode. 🇳🇱 🙋‍♀️ 🇳🇿 💖 🙏

Going from the sunshine state to the state to where the sun barely sets will be the final great adventure. Great video. I didn’t know Fred Meyers was another name for Kroger. Our Smiths out here is also Kroger owned. Which Kroger is based in Michigan I believe. We have Kroger’s there too. My mom retired from milk testing plant and they tested all nine brand milk from Michigan to Ohio and Illinois. Wisconsin too! Forgot where else. It looks beautiful there and better weather than they had at your live video. Beautiful scenery. Fruit is expensive there. Glad you met up with friends there. Glad you can shower and do laundry at that campground at least. The king crab looked good. Looking forward to. Extra video. See you both soon! Have fun.

Oh my, you were at Girdwood, and didn't go to the Double Musky.....a awesome steak/seafood restaurant. I used to cover that territory for IBM and would often drive down with customers just to go to the Double Musky. The Kenia Fiords Tour is fantastic! The Alaska Sausage and Seafood Company in Anchorage is great. Owned by my friend Martin Echmann. The Potter Marsh, just south of Anchorage has a nice boardwalk out into the marsh, and Moose are often feeding in that area. Wonderful walk

Hey John! Great recommendations, thank you!! Sadly, Double Musky was closed while we were in town. Several places are operating with limited hours because of staffing issues. We'll have to try again next time we're passing through! :) We did the Kenai Fjords tour during our first visit in 2019 and loved it. Incredible scenery! -Katelyn

Too bad no one told you about perhaps one of the best restaurants in the US that is in Girdwood. It is the Double Musky and it is on a short road off the road that comes in off the highway toward the Alyeska Resort. Just as the road make a right bend toward the resort, take the road off to the left to the Double Musky. Be there by about 4 to 4:30 to get in line. No reservations and it fills up everyday in the summer. We never go back to Alaska without eating there at least once. The food is amazing.

Such beautiful views! I tried GF for awhile and it did help, but it is quite a lifestyle switch. I like the Mary’s Gone Crackers. I came across The Bloated Belly Whisperer by Tamara Duker Freuman at the library that was very helpful. I think you can even take the quiz on her website. These days I’ve had luck with homemade bread products (mostly sourdough), not getting too full of any type of food, intermittent fasting, and a shot of apple cider vinegar before meals. Good luck! ✌🏻
