I just love how Ohtani is always smiling and how it's so obvious his joy for the game and sportsmanship. Let's not forget he had this type of attention for a good part of 2018 also, and 3 years later, he still is so humble.

I think that was the first time 61 total Home Runs without roids was in a matchup since Roger Maris. Obviously Maris had all 61 that time but w/e.

Atleast he is attempting and is actually succeeding...ohtani is good if not the best unlike other competitive players who do not even try the 2-way thing...you have to acknowledge his talent for that. Even though I rarely watch Al but he is one dexterous baseball player...

I prefer his Angels uniform to the American League uniform. I’m a Tigers fan (also like Angels and Orioles), so I supported the AL here but those League uniforms looked kinda eh, imo.

The only autographs I got from baseball players wore uniform #44: Al Downing of the Dodgers just months before he threw the ball that became Henry Aaron's 715th, and Aaron himself. As part of a 4th grade project where we were to write a letter and send it off, I got Aaron's autographed photo and Atlanta Braves literature. Only later did I learn what a tumultuous year 1974 was for him.

He received alot of death threats. I modeled my life after Hank by always reaching for the stars. I graduated high school in 1992 because of him and Kirby Puckett. I am a chef because of them.

I never go downtown cause I hate it but I had to hit downtown Denver on Saturday and pssssh so much fun. Outside bars everywhere at union station. All star weekend definitely brought a different vibe.

This eas a very enjoyable ASG. We had good pitching decent offense with plenty of hits and a few homers and flashy defense all around. And on top of that we had the beast Ohtani at the mound and a monster shot from Vladdy. Only thing that this game needed was a DeGrom appearance.
