Aj has a professional athlete's mentality . He may not be the most gifted boxer but he certainly makes up with discipline and diligently studying his craft . I truly believe he will prove his critics wrong and become the undisputed heavy weight champion . God be with you Anthony 💯

Many could not understand what AJ was doing when he came out and quickly got labelled a bodybuilder. This is athletic strength and conditioning. It is sport specific and performance based. He combines alot of compound movements with boxing specific isolation stuff. Bilateral and unilateral. Speed agility and power after establishing a good strength base. Yet still hitting cardio too. Basically covering a wide base. It's enabled him to be one of the biggest and hardest hitters and knock out artists yet still be able to dance for 12 rounds. Ruiz fight2 showed again he can adapt and go 12 rounds Mayweather style hit not get hit. Pulev fight shows even more development. He is putting in the hard yards and is reaping the rewards

Yeah we saw it against Usyk 😂😂 Ruiz would have beaten him easily for a second time had he stayed focused and in shape Wilder will knock him out Fury will box his head off number 1 is Fury 2Usyk 3wilder and at 4 AJ the man faced a lot of bums that’s why he could get away with that bodybuilding physic but now he got exposed just a Modern day frank bruno who was protected against the real boxers

AJ workout shows our motivated he is and what great condition he's in both mentally and physically ,it's amazing me how he's stays focus and humble while Fury seems to be caught up in all the hype I am convinced AJ the man to end up with all the belts hes got such a good team around him who don't get caught up in all the hype

He was forced to, with no other choice. AJ may be a physical specimen, but Fury's been boxing his entire life vs only since 23 in AJ. Massive difference in technical skill, and quite honestly speed by abit even. Fury is not afraid, and after he dusts Wilder again, he will gladly be signing to fight AJ.

Some are clueless about boxing. They only see bodybuilding in this video.(of which there's none). AJ is a champion and he has to train like a champ in order to keep those belts. There's some nut head that'll say I'm a fanboy because of what I said about AJ, but I stated facts.

AJ is a natural mesomorph, he is only conditioning a physique that he was gifted genetically. That combined with the intensive cardio work, and classic boxing gym training, this is all he needs. Bodybuilding is an entirely different activity altogether, you’d be surprised how little AJs weight training resembles the ‘gym rat’ stuff preached by BB gurus since the latter half of the 20th century. Even powerlifting doesn’t fit his category of strength and conditioning training. All boxers work with weights to a more or lesser degree.

that was great workout - i m sure many boxers around the world do the same stuff or little bit different - but i have never seen anyone put in a workout like the on e and only yours Truly - IRON MIKE TYSON - i have never come accross any boxer from past or present doing the sparring or shadow boxing working like TYSON -- not takinng anything from Anthony Joshua - with all due respect - My fav is MIKE TYSON not because he finished fights but coz ofg his incredible workouts and shadow boxing style - he was lightning fast as a heavy weight and that same style was seen in the ring - super quick hands like a middle or welter weight
