I have to confirm that your review is very honest to the point and transparent I have 2.0 long version since 2017 and 1.6 standard version since 2018 and I would confirm all tht have been said here, bigger or different mirrors could improve alot otherwise great all and all, they never skipped the beat being loaded all the time and sometimes 2.0 also pulling trailers at the same time 👍👍👍

This van is on my short list in the 174brake auto version ...not because Im a builder but because I want to be able to get my bike around,and perhaps kit it out to be an office/chill out area/lounge in the back. The only thing it doesnt have as far as I can tell is a front driver's seat which reclines back, but a great review from a top bloke

Great review Edd. Decided to get one it’s just which manufacturer. Did you drive the PSA vans at night. How good are the headlights? Testers never seem to mention this? I prefer the Toyota with the Citroen the least attractive front end but Citroen are the only one to have the option of Xenon projector lights which should be much better. Would like to know how good the standard lights are though if you had chance to use them? Thanks

Hi Ed. It is interesting review, thank you. I have also this model - Citroen Dispatch XL 2019 and I agree with all you have said. It is great van. You have mentioned about the small mirrors. Yes, it is a week point of this van, and I would say it is even danger to drive if you do not buy any blind spot mirrors. This mirrors are to small for this van. I have old Peugeot Boxer with big mirrors and I can compare, they are very good - never experienced danger situation. I have bought the small blind spot mirrors - attached on the main mirror and it is a bit better...but it is not the same as in the Boxer. Do you have any idea, are any chance to buy the bigger proper mirrors for this van ?

I purchased a secondhand one of these in September last year (five months ago). It’s at 31,000 miles on the clock, and I’ve had nothing but issues with it! First of all the ad blue system fault illuminated within one day of having it, Citroen couldn’t get it into the workshop for another four weeks! I spent £800 on new brake discs and pads last month and now I have approximately six faults on the dashboard but intermittently switch off. I have an auto gearbox and the damn thing is revving its backside off before it change gear.. I’ve spoken to citron again to get it booked in and they can’t get it in until March 22 (nearlya month away).

Does anybody know the specs and on board 12v battery and tray? Any chance it can be upgraded to something bigger and lithium, like 300AH Lithium ? Does the AC run off the 12v battery?

We have the space tourer version (eight seater) and it's classed as a large mpv .....so no VAT, but its a brilliant vehicle

They don't do an NV200 anymore only the e nv 200 . Cheer Ed good vidio you look a bit tight in that cab !!

Was told to collect a brand new van from our depot last week. We have no choice in what we get. It was one of these. 20 plate with 4 miles on it. Only issue I have , is the handbrake is to far down when released. Edd has long arms. I don't.

Horrible Van's we had them at work 34k on them had numerous recalls and the issues still persist once they have returned, several electrical problems not to mention there's already rust appearing at 18 months old

Visibility is very poor on these, and I agree about the mirrors. One massive flaw is the braking system. If you lift off the brakes then re apply at low speed they slam on unpredictably. We sold ours after less than two years from fear that it would be hit because of the brakes. The 95 bhp is woefully under powered too.

I’ve got one as a rental until I get my transit custom back. Not to fussed on the Citroen, far too small, bad visibility, cheap plastics, poor storage, having to look down to infotainment, little room in the cab. I would avoid.

I sold mine couldnt get use to it having come from previous Peugeot Expert tiny wing mirrors very poor storage even overhead shelf is gone very hit & miss van

Not sure how that gets a 5 star rating, I’m after a new van and Ive test driven all but the vito. It’s got good ride quality and fuel efficient but very cramped seating position, very cheap plastics but the worst thing is the steering, it’s so light it has zero feel. There’s at least 3 other vans that are far superior.

The reviews are too inconsistent. For example dash top cubbys in the Ford Transit aren’t ideal because everything is on show, yet the same ones in the VW Crafter are amazing whereas lack of cab storage in the Merc Sprinter isn’t much of a problem.

Tiny cab .terrible space inside. Good engine . But that's it the drivers seat is off to the left of the wheel . Not comfortable.

ugly van. same as the new vivaro. rather the vivaro is the dispatch. buy cheap you get what you pay for. a French van 🤢. get a review of the new transporter
