Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe:
ingredients:
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
1 1⁄2 pounds cooked, diced chicken
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and
drained
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can Rotel Diced Tomato and
Green Chiles
2 (15 ounce) cans mild green enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas, cut into halves
2 cups reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese

Hey 👋🏻 from California! I also love my cordless vacuum cleaners. I just put up a few Spring decor but also some St Patrick’s items. Since my father and his parents were Irish (they all have passed now) I try to represent our Irish side. After the 20th of March I’ll put away and bring out the rest of out Spring decor out. A good example would be I have a box of greenery with a wooden sign in front of it that say Happy Spring. On the side are a couple of small glass bunnies and a green leprechaun 🎩. It just makes me happy to see little touches here and there. We are in California and we are having thunderstorms today and tomorrow. Last week it was in the low 70’s and this week it’s low 60’s. Crazy weather keeping us on our toes!! Have a blessed day!!

I decorated a little for spring. I painted 5 at size mason jars with white chalk paint, distressed them with sandpaper, tied twine around them, and stuck in faux lavender and babys breath. I love them! I have them all around the house.

Yesterday I did my oven and I took apart my vacuum and I cleaned it all out from top to bottom. I also did all of our bedding and put new mattress covers on. this video is going to be my motivation for my get it all done tomorrow morning after I drop the kids off at school
