You should never let the foam/soap sit on the Carbon Ceramic brakes. A detailer should know better.

And the reason is? How can ph neutral soap harm anything?

Don't use that garbage foam soap!!! Rinsing does not remove the soap in crevices and it dries with white colored marks within the fenders, hood, doors, body panels, etc...
