It's Dolly Zoom effect, You Zoom in/out while also moving the camera I can't explain properly, you can search it up

'The touchscreen isn't as slick as what you'd find in a car of German origin' - as in, this Italian touchscreen is not as good as a German-made one. Hope that clears it up 🙂
