The same car is selling for MSRP now at $63k. So at $58 you got it below MSRP by about $5k! That’s a fantastic deal. The one I have coming here is that spec without the handling pack in fighter Jet gray it’s got the premium looks with the Tremec. They are sticking with the price on the MSRP sticker which is about $63. Might be able to get a bit lower by financing and trade allowance incentives …maybe $60k? Do you like it?

Same route here but with the handling pack. Immediately removed the extra chin spoiler and Gurney flap and got PS 4S tires, the last in an effort to avoid dying if it rains (Cup 2 are basically racing slicks). Love this thing.

@@internetbrandsautogroup3826 It went pretty well. I was going to place a factory order for the Mach 1, but they wanted $10K over MSRP 😬. Even for a regular GT they wanted a $3K dealer mark up. I think I'll just wait and see what happens in the next few months.

Yup. Just as smooth as any other 2021 Mustang, although the Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires are loud on highways and wear out quickly. So if you snag the handling pack, you might want to get Pilot Sport 4S or All Season 4 tires instead. Cheers.

Ford dealership in Des Moines, IA will sell Mach 1 at INVOICE. Yes, invoice. They've sold 120+ already lol. Just search up " Mustang6g forum Mach invoice" for how to get in contact with the dealership manager.

@@JCTiggs1 Also, I can't seem to find it but I saw your comment about the 5.4 second 0-60 time and figured I'd try to explain it the best I could. Primarily the delay was caused by 4 reasons, IMHO: 1) Most places report times with a 1-foot rollout, mine was GPS based, 2) I used launch control and tried my best but I'm sure a better driver could do it quicker, so #drivermod -- then again, me in my Boss was faster by a half second, 3) Ford re-geared the MT82 in 2018 so 2011-17 MT-82s have better gearing in lower gears for acceleration, 4) tires... the Pirellis lost traction off the line every time So, I don't claim to be a great driver, but i think it's an honest benchmark bc it's all me vs me on the same roads in rear-world conditions.

@@internetbrandsautogroup3826 Yeah I'm aware of the MT82 gearing on the 2018+.. terrible decision by Ford. Wish they would just switch to the Tremec hopefully for the S650 Mustang. I have a 2019 GT with the 10R80 for that very reason. I would love to get back into a manual at some point. In my region a base Mach 1 600A is $14k more MSRP vs equally equipped GT 301A PP with MagneRide ($68100 vs 54200 CAD). 😒

No, sticking with the Boss 302 for now. But we did also put an LS3 in a Buick Roadmaster wagon so life is fast in many fun ways (that full build is available over in the channel's playlists)
