First time ever watching SST. Typically the only racing I watch is Supercross and motocross. Watched for RJ and Wardy (both were my teenage heroes), ended up cheering for Mad Max. That kid was super impressive, and then add in the fact that he's only 13 makes it even more so.

This racing style is big in Australia. Watch those a lot. I thought NASCAR would have tried to keep this out of the US but looks like they didn't.

The camera was so focused on the racing that it barely caught the white flag when it was waving when the camera zoomed out. Graphic glitches have happened before in other motorsports, so that happening here to confuse Ken & Ralph a little bit at the end isn't a big deal.

@@StadiumSUPERTrucks Ok COTA is a possiblity but another track I was thinking about that you guys could do is the Brickyard which is hosting an Indycar/NASCAR double header on the road course this weekend. Another track I have in mind is the Hard Rock stadium circuit in Miami which is hosting an F1 race next year (BTW that Miami race will be in May of 2022. No exact date has been announced for the race)

@@StadiumSUPERTrucks I work in this business and that sounds like a BS excuse, I don't believe it .... 🙄 Someone picked up the wrong feed, each camera has a mic attached and the audio comes back to the control room embedded in the video signal....

Ok... Then who's fault was it? Do you mean the channel is separate from the people\company recording it, who are hired by the track, ect. And you just wait for the footage to be provided? A bit strange, but I'll accept that.

It's not that deep. Our feed that is given to us is from the jumbotron that is at the track. That feed is for people who are already at the track (and can hear the engines live in person). We are the support series to Indycar. They don't have to give us anything.

We are a support series. This was a new event. The company who was in charge of the audio/visual had many challenges throughout the weekend and unfortunately many on track microphones didn't pick up our awesome v8 sounds. Life goes on.

Lucky Ricky Johnson was there to soften the blow, else head on into the tire barrier. Both trucks continued to race and finish because they are built SST tough.

WTF, Lemastus? That was one of the most amateur moves in pro racing that I've seen in a long time. Way too fast, way too shallow on the turn, with absolutely no hope of making the turn, stopping of even being under control. If RJ hadn't been there Lemastus would've hit that wall like the Koolaid Man! That's the kinda shit you see in the first turn of a Forza game.
