Recommended weight for the garage is 1,500 lbs. The ramp can support 4,000 lbs. (If spread out). The auxiliary filling station tank can hold 18 gallons.

When are you RV sales guys going to learn...... The most important info is...... how big is the garage? If the machine wont fit you wont sell it...

Nobody talks about if the door to the garage and bedroom vapor tight? This should be disclosed. If I have a gas powered side by side in the garage and it’s off gassing fumes. Will that penetrate the seal to the sleeping quarters in the bedroom inside the trailer?

What’s the weight limit in the garage? For instance, a Reeper4 weighs 1852lbs. A lot less than a Smart car or Mini.

Anywhere from nothing down ($0) to 50% depending on income. Do you have a 800 Fico but knock down $5k a month and have a house/car other payments? Or do you have a similar Fico with the same monthly debts but are knocking down $10k a month ? The calculus will be different. For something like this which I'm guessing would sell for about $270k or so all-in w/$50k down you would be looking at about $2k month for 12 years plus of course monthly insurance/maintenance fund, etc... Figure on about $2,300-$2,500 a month using typical numbers. For 12 years (!). With $50k down (!). A pittance to some, to others a king's ransom.
