In my zeal for talking about my own truck I forgot to commend the person behind the camera! It's a rare moment when you can see a camera operator who is aware of the point of view his audience will have down the road while exploring the final product. The panning speed was absolutely perfect for taking in the many different parts of this complicated truck and overlapping functions each system has. I don't have the same amount of interest in video production as many people do today, but from the perspective of a RAM truck fan this was a great chance to ogle the 2021!

My RAM was the first truck I bought brand new. In fact, it was a blast to use the app to order what I wanted and have it delivered to my house. It had precisely 4 miles on it when I finally had it all to myself. It is a 2019 and not the maxed out limited edition model, but it was the first version available with the 12" monitor in the center of the dash area and the electric auxiliary motor. I chose to pass the 12" monitor for the 8" mistakenly thinking it would be too distracting. No big. Next time they'll have something new and better than both. These trucks are insanely fast from the bottom end and are powerful enough to break traction in the first four gears. After nearly three years my odometer has barely passed the 10000mi point, and by the time the magic 5 year mark arrives, I will be ready to maximize my trade value for the latest version with the beefiest motor offered. I noticed the 2021 truck has a stick for the automatic transmission, and it is not surprising to see. I feel comfortable saying this after accidentally trying to turn my transmission dial while in motion rather than control the stereo from the steering wheel. The numerous computers and safety systems will not let the driver accidentally turn the transmission control to reverse or park while in transit. Thankfully. I've looked at several of the historically competing brands and they are all quite technically advanced, powerful, comfortable, and very well equipped. I chose the RAM for one specific reason. After decades of Chevy 350 V8 powerplants and a few Fords in the F350 Superduty package, I felt it was time to add a HEMI to the lineup. If you're not sure which engine you want or like myself were used to another relible motor, the HEMI is a no-brainer. Simply put, the 5.7L HEMI is lots of fun, plenty of power from the bottom end, quicker than expected from any truck, in fact it pushes people into the seats, and fully capable of every task you can give it.

As a TEXAN my hands are shaking-cause I want to grab my wallet an buy this truck…..Wow!!!
