Nice looking rig! Shame it has to be sold before you really had a chance to do much with it. If I didn't already have something, I'd be looking to cash in some crypto to buy it. Price seems very reasonable given what all you'd be getting. BTW I found about this via the Facebook Van Life Conversion Group. Good Luck!

If I were to have one built I'd be looking for somebody like you who obviously has the skills and ability to think things through and who takes the time and effort to produce a quality product. It was designed typically to run off of shore power, however you can run an intermittently during the day for about an hour between battery recharging.

Please explain how stove is powered & where propane tank is located & vented?

There is a sealed and vented propane locker in the rear of the van. It is vented through the floor.

Is it all electric, even the stove top? And what is the box in the garage next to the water?

No, the stove is propane. It is the only propane appliance in the entire build. The box you were talking about is the propane locker. It is vented through the van floor so if the propane vents during altitude or temperature changes it will go out through the floor of the van. Of course there's a carbon monoxide and fire extinguisher included.

I have done multiple conversions, the first couple had different layouts, but most have a similar layout. Working on a 3500 extended currently and it will have more seating and working space as well as a floor to ceiling pantry. It will be for sale in July.

It does have some upgrades over this one, security camera system, lithium, electronic dump valve, pull out bike tray, etc. The price for it will be about 85k.
