This Sealine C335 is such a capable boat with so many awesome features in it's moderate size. But this is a boat that you can enjoy driving and tackle more conditions than most.

Hi Dan - new to the channel and loving it buddy. A real insight into boat ownership. I would like to see you show and demonstrate anchoring, anchoring on a beach and mooring and tying up etc as well as the action and driving which is superb, love the drone footage 👌 Keep up the great content Clive

Thanks Clive, this is on my mind for some new content in 2022 so i will produce a series all about teaching you guys on how to manouver different types of boats as they all behave differently. I'll come up with a plan over the holidays and film something next year. Thanks for the feedback.

Great video Dan and appreciate the thoroughness and personal insights 👍👍 Just one minor frustration for me was when reviewing the new dashboard, we can’t see what you are referring to - so it was difficult to relate to what you were highlighting. Love your vids - and yes, subscribed 🍺

Yes I noticed that in my editing 😬… that GoPro behind me was supposed to capture the dash but when I looked at it during editing it wasn’t close enough. My editing skills don’t extend to zooming in yet so I had to compromise… appreciate the feedback and I am trying to improve each video so point taken! Cheers

Excellent discussion of the operational (aka: performance) side of things. Walk-thru was equally useful. It would seem a bit more discussion of the drive train might be informative. These

Thanks for the feedback Jack! Yes i plan to make some videos in the future explaining how what drive system can be suited to what environment as i know there can be costs depending on how and where the boat is used.

Not sure either but i know a lot of boats this size are using Quick gyros

Awesome video as always Dan. Nobody produces a virtual sea-trial like you do. Where would you rate the quality of Sealines vs something like a Beneteau/Marex? Princess/Fairline owners definitely look down their noses here in the UK (appreciate the relative prices points). Keep up the great work! Cheers Paul

Thanks Paul, i really appreciate that. Quality wise it would appear to me that it's Marex 1, Sealine 2 and Beneteau 3. They each have their own unique points so thats a very oversimplified answer as if you were asking me about ability to retain value on the brokerage market that list would be the other way around in Australia. Interesting comment re Princess & Fairline. I think since Hanse took over production and Bill Dixon designs came onboard that's not fair treatment as i see a lot of similarities in construction between all three brands. The differences look like design and brand perception to me. Also Princess and Fairline are not really focused on this smaller size which is where Sealine have found i nice little niche with a very good product. @@BoatLife_DansBoatLife wow! That has to be the most comprehensive response I’ve ever received to a question here. You’re right re Fairline and Princess and agree that Sealine are crushing it for hardtop cruisers of this size. I like the look of the Beneteau GT32 for the money but 3 feet more does seem to get you way more than 3 feet’s worth of interior space on this Sealine or the equivalent Marex, but tips into the next mooring category (and price), More research required methinks. Thanks again Dan. You keep them coming and I’ll keep watching and recommending them.. Cheers Paul

Great boat review. It looked like that left arm rest potentially swivelled once at the helm?! Your left arm seemed to be seeking it!

If it does I didn’t notice? Good observation though and that seat design does appear to lend itself to a fold down arm rest on the left which would match the right side then. Perhaps someone from Sealine reading this can answer?

hi there. Can you mount a rib tender on that extended swimming platform?

Yes you can and I have done this but pay attention to the weight. If you get the extended platform and then mount a tender you are moving the CG a way aft and you will notice it on acceleration. The solution will be to apply more power and full trim tab on acceleration.

Big improvement on the 330 but not so keen on how bow high it runs without what seems to be heaps of tab. Also interested in your comment about engines. I would have thought a single big grunty D6 would be the ideal power plant. More torque, smoother, quieter, less drag and more engine room space

Yes i agree. Re my comment about the engines that was purely based on Australian market. People in Sydney expect boats of this style/size to have twin motors so singles get hammered on the resale. Yes a big powerful single will give excellent power to weight ratio and still easy to park for those who know what they are doing and a nightmare for the inexperienced. But agree with all your other points 100% and yes the CG will go forward a little on the single which will improve the trim also. When she's up and moving with the twins she levels off very nicely but yes noticeable when coming up on plane.
