Күн бұрынWe went to Appleton for the first dirt rip of 2021. Hero dirt conditions with no dust made for an epic day. This was my first real dirt ride on the Raptor with the extra horsepower and it was a riot to hang onto. Huge shout out to Chad and Dusty for letting me ride their quads. Can't wait for more rides!

True, but BundyHill has more hill climbing and different style “trails” Pete should check out bundy if he comes to silver lake again.

I concur. Bundy has to make the schedule. If/when, I’d be willing to make the ride. I usually go beginning of august because traffic seems to be at its lightest there. But I’d go anytime. It’s on my route at least once per year.

boy i am ready this summer, this past week i spent some mpneyz!!! got my precision steering stab, got me some new hipers with brand new hole shots, and FINALLY got a damn truck to hual my quad in!!! ive been depending on my friends to go riding and man that sux, im trying to ride every week end, infact i work extra hard during the week to do so, and my friends do not do the same!!

Trails here in Maine opened up Saturday, May 15, I ride a Suzuki z400 by myself most of the time, I saw around 60 machines out, That's ALOT for where I am, just a small town in the middle of nowhere. I love seeing so many people out. One thing I don't love is the number of utility quads I saw. Not a single sport quad. All SxS, Utility quads, and a few dirtbikes. Best time of the year right now, mid 60s to 70s, lots of riding, good community, great times

It's right around 60 horsepower with a built top end. It's perfect for in the sand dunes but it's a little wild on high traction surfaces with the stock swing arm. Hey, Pete. Love seeing you guys starting the 2021 season off right. I have a question for you. I’ve noticed that you will travel to trails that are worth the experience, have you ever ventured to Wayne National Park in southern Ohio? There are over 200 miles of trails and differing terrain. Or if you have, do you have any video content from there.

Hey Blake, thanks for watching my videos! I haven't been to Wayne National park, 200 miles of trials is a lot! It sounds like a huge place. One website I like to use is www.riderplanet-usa.com/ It's great for researching regions and then you can look up the videos online to get a sense for what they're like. A lot of the places I go are also recommended to me but theres hundreds more to see yet 😅

Note for all the 450 vs raptor people out there. The raptor barely breaks half throttle while the 450 guys are wringing them out. Just something to consider.

Wich is your best, the 700 or the 450?

It depends on where I'm riding and how I'm riding. One is essentially a race quad and the other is a torquey trail machine so they both have their strengths and weaknesses. I can ride faster and more aggressively on the 450 but the Raptor is ultra comfortable and super fun for exploratory type rides and the dunes. They're both pretty awesome and fun in their own ways 😊👍

All you need is Minnesota ATV Registration. I'm assuming they do temporary or annual out of state permits. Theres actually a lot of good riding in Wisconsin that would be considerably closer for you! check out www.riderplanet-usa.com/ It's a great resource for exploring trail systems by state 😊🤘

Unfortunately those models are pretty different. I don’t think much is interchangeable. I would do some digging in forums or Facebook ride groups to see if there’s anything 👍

Maybe someday, I know they can be a higher maintenance machine and I'm not too familiar with 2 strokes. I could see myself potentially getting a 250r but the used market prices are crazy right now!
