Yes if you set it to 35 kw. This is very powerfull bike. A litlle bit heavy for beginner. But if you rode everything what you say i dojt consider you a beginner cuz sou allready ride some bikes before. You dan describe a beginner someone who never ride a bike before or someone who doesnt have experience riding a bike for a long time. If we are talking about person who never ride a bike before then no this isnt a begginer bike. But if we are talking about person who allready have some experience whit other bikes than yes this could be good bike if you arent some maniac who twist the throtle all the time and you have some common sense in your head. But consider it that this bike is 948 cc so its almost a litre. Yamaha mt 07 is great begginer bike. You learn everything on it. The feeling on the bike is great you dont have any assists only abs what is great. My fitst bike was mt 07 and after that i bought this one. I like how smooth kawasaki is comparing to mt 07. 2c vs 4c.

@@rawcircoking i found that kawasaki is better for me on long rides. But every body are diferents so maybe it wont suit you. On yamaha i sit more up than on this kawasaki where i sit more sportier slightly leaned forward but still enough up for comfortable ride. Am 178 cm whit 70 kg so i feel good on it. yamaha mt 07 felt more small. If you can try to ride it before you buy it. The handlebars are diferent in the end they are slightly bend up so you got a little bit pressure on the outside of your hand but nothing serious every bike is diferent you will get use to it i mean your body will get use to bike in some time.

@@rawcircokingwith or without assist can mess you up if you twist throothle to much i mean you got sport , road and rain mode traction on sport mode is not assisting much. Other modes they assit a lot. Am saying that is powerfull bike and you can accelerate very quick so its not for begginers
