It’s a shame you take random people at their word, especially when it only take but a couple minutes to find out who these people actually are, what things they’ve done, who they work for and why (including what they get paid in some instances), and the meaning behind it all - yet you act like the same lemmings that watch and believe everything in the mainstream... 🤦‍♂️ For some reason you’re also completely unable to see the completely staged interviews being conducted and with such poor editing skills you still can’t see this even though they show the preplanning as well... Pretty sad how maskirovka operations have gained complete and total control over your minds. Incredibly sad actually! Worse even, is that these people have not only been militants and directly involved with the hurting of people long before getting into this false reporting and shilling where they’re paid either directly by the kremlin, or in the worst cases through contracts for payment outsourced to RT. They even have been inserted into the RU military wherever they go and have gone since Georgia in 2008 no less for these same purposes, although no one watched anything they made back then. What you still can find online are all the waybackmachine and other internet archives of their Instagram and other social accounts where they’re proudly wearing certain specific military uniforms and carrying weapons that can only be classified for the purposes of hunting nothing other than humans... You should probably start there as it might help you build up a true picture of their characters much quicker than by other means...

I don't like what the collective west is doing either but I think that taking the opposite stance, and saying that Russia, China and other states allied to them are morally superior and safer than the west is honestly going too far the other direction, the most noticeable difference being that the west is just starting to crack down on the people while the east implemented it a long time ago and already broke their people. Also the west is leaning left, while the east is leaning rights so if one's opinions lie on either end of the spectrum they are less likely to be prosecuted for them if they are in the "right" country.

@@sarahn372 I wasn't talking about who is morally correct, what I wanted to convey is that the western civilization only starts to become oppressive regime (that's why you still see some independent journalists like Duran or Gonzalo - people who didn't yet realise that the free speech is over). Meanwhile, Russia is an advanced oppressive regime who is proficient enough at squashing dissidents that they can do so with no opposition because their citizens know that they will be next if they try to oppose their government. I don't know who hates whom more, I can only tell that Polish people do have reasons to dislike Russia - because we were practically occupied until 90ies by USSR/Russia, because they tried to actively and passively destroy our culture, because they operated puppet regime in Poland, because they killed huge amounts of Polish intelligentsia (or sent them to Sybir), because they were stealing natural resources during this occupation period, because they practically stole repairations that Germans were supposed to pay to Poland and there are more reasons, that includes active Russian censorship. Since Poland is part of the west then I think those do count somehow. During the recent years Russia and west both provoked each other to the point that it's hard to say who is correct anymore, we can only say with certainty that ordinary citizens are victims of both governments. Sure, western rockets are used to kill Russians, but Russians are invading force. But I distressed for longer than I should have.

As a Russian, I would like to comment on the situation regarding freedom of speech. We have a penal article in the Russian 'Criminal Code' for spreading fakes about the SMO (special military operation) and discrediting the Russian army. But in order to get this you have to try very hard and cause a huge noise in mass media, i.e. you call the military of the Russian Federation war criminals (and you are an executive\government official person) and don't have any evidence of those war crimes, or you call on the people of the country to stand up for a revolt or protest against the SMO, which would lead to destabilization in the country. [Criminal Code Article 280.3. PUBLIC ACTIONS aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens.] [Criminal Code Article 207.3. PUBLIC DISSEMINATION of deliberately false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.] Concerts of musicians who spoke out against the SMO are also canceled from time to time, but this is due to the will of the people. The Russians will not listen to those who spit in the hand of the country that feeds them. By the way, we have a lot of bloggers who criticize the actions of the authorities for the deed, and the authorities take into account the reaction of citizens. And these bloggers are invited to the central television even with such criticism.(yeah, Russia is losing in the information war, and the Russians criticize the Russian media very strongly for this.) In addition, I want to note that we still have Ukrainian figures on television, whom the population perceives as "spies and potential traitors." But television replies to all our letters that the media are guided by the fact that the discussion should reflect both sides ahahahaha From time to time they play videos of the Ukrainian media or videos of the Ukrainian government (without corrections) and then discuss and comment on it. We also have many pro-Western channels that are still broadcasting. They have the status of "foreign agent", but they are still not blocked, although they broadcast frankly false information. You can get jail time for specific actions and unscrupulous lies, but you will never be blocked or deprived of property without a court order, especially if there is no article in the criminal code. So, draw your own conclusions about freedom of speech in countries :) And damn, Navalny is still broadcasting his position from a prison cell ahahahah (p.s. i just don't like him, and from my point of view, he was imprisoned absolutely deservedly. and this opinion is shared by a lot of Russians.)

In general, in Russia it was not so strict with regard to the mask regime and self-is0lati0n. So it's more of a c0ntrived excuse. Vadim Cheldiev is charged under four articles of the Crimin&l C0de - the disseminati0n of deliber&tely false inf0rmation, the use of vi0lence against a repr&sent&tive of the auth0rities, the organizati0n of mass ri0ts and public calls for extr&mist activities. Gonzalo, I've been watching you since your days in Kiev at the start of the SMO. Kudos for what you do and stand for. Here in Canada, we are experiencing the early stages of totalitarianism. My daughter and I personally participated in the Ottawa trucker protests ... (it was an absolutely LEGAL, beautiful, peaceful and bouncy castle thing. Flag waving, barbeques, food sharing, dancing, hugging, singing... you know all that misogynistic, white supremacist stuff that for some reason all of the people of colour and First Nations people in attendance that supported the truckers did not agree with... weird man. I saw it personally, I was there, on the ground, so I know) Fortunately we were there on weekends before the gezhtapo-like crackdown where elderly people were trampled by horses. The truckers were and are still an inspiration to other worldwide movements and protests such as now with the Dutch and many other European farmers and soon to be the world over. Indeed, Truedope has dictated that our Canadian farmers must also bow to the globalist edict of the reduction of use of nitrogen fertilizers. I can only conclude that they know this will reduce food supply and create famine so logically, this is malevolent and evil on a truly monumental scale. Notice that the plant food known as carbon dioxide is not mentioned much these days... would this perhaps have something to do with the fact that the Europeans are now rushing to burn coal in lieu of natural gas to meet their energy needs? So of course we need to distract and identify a new molecule as the villain in the story. Exit CO2 stage right ... enter NOx (aka nitrogen oxides) stage left. Look over there, no look over here, "fait accomplit!" (that's French for THE DEED IS DONE) I was struck by your characterization of the Karens and Soyboys that will betray us. You are so right about that. I have some in my circle of friends. But the visual of this was at Costco a few days ago. A couple in their late 30s was pushing a cart around. They were well dressed and looked like professionals and were both masked even though we currently have no mask mandate in our province. They had two beautiful young girls, one maybe 7 the other was about 5 years old. Long curly hair and masks on tight. What struck me was the look in the eyes of those children. They were darting back and forth assessing the environment and perhaps even assessing the 'risk' of all these other people around them that were not masked. I would say that the 'unmasked' were about 90% or more in that store. So these children were in the great minority and they knew it. The fear I saw in their eyes haunts me. My heart sank for these children and the only two words that came to mind were... Child Abuse Such is the result of falsehoods and manipulations of the mind. We must honour and protect the truth tellers lest we all perish at the hands of the liars. "Few Lies carry the Inventor’s Mark; and the most prostitute Enemy to Truth may spread a thousand without being known for the Author. Besides, as the vilest Writer has his Readers, so the greatest Liar has his Believers; and it often happens, that if a Lie be believed only for an Hour, it has done its Work, and there is no farther occasion for it. Falsehood flies, and Truth comes limping after it; so that when Men come to be undeceived, it is too late, the Jest is over, and the Tale has had its Effect" Jonathan Swift 1710 November 2 to November 9, 1710. The Examiner, Number 15, (Article by Jonathan Swift), Quote Page 2, Column 1

Hi Gonzalo!! Thank you very much for all of your postings I thoroughly enjoy them and I learn a lot! It’s interesting how the sanctions are being reported. Think about the January 6 prosecution and how the department of justice here in the US has labeled people as domestic terrorists. The people involved in January 6 have absolutely no due process and are, in many respects, being held in jail at this time still! So it’s no surprise that the collective West is doing the same to people they consider performing deviant or non-patriotic behavior and reporting the truth or possibly an alternative version to what they’re actually expected to report by their country! I was wondering how far the censorship was spewing into Europe and now I understand! Before you know it we’re not gonna be able to say anything we want and if anyone thinks that’s not a possibility then they really need to take a look at what the department of justice posted for the guards to the domestic terrorism policy.. It’s pretty shocking and very 1984-ish! Anyway keep up the good work and stay safe my friend and thank you very much! Oh yes and as an aside, how about the Ukrainian Blaclist of six prominent Americans who have been labeled as Putin agents? Kind of sounds like something being pushed by the American government and the Clinton gang! Crazy stuff! Take care!

It's called Criminalization of Dissent, a quite popular thing common in every Totalitarianism. Yesterday was against the so-called "no-global", then "no-vax", now the circle of dissent is enlarging.

Here's a question for those who know more than I. These sanctions against named individuals sound very legally questionable. Bills of attainder are illegal in most countries in the West, and have been so in the UK since the 19th century. Is the state breaking the law by sanctioning these people?

I suppose they're breaking their own law.

It's abundantly clear since the pandemic that Western governments may make things up as they go, as they have consolidated so much power and influence. A corrupt system won't hold itself accountable. There was a time when organized criminals and Western governments were separate. Not anymore.

@@bobsondugnutt9914 Indeed...I've tried to have this conversation with family, and none of them seem to understand just why I find the idea of "putting aside" the law to be such a serious matter.

As for Alina Lipp things are a little bit more complicated. At first glance things look better than you said, at second glance really even worse. Her account has not been confiscated; rather, it is a question of confiscation of a certain amount of money in the framework of an investigative procedure, This amount has been confiscated, because otherwise the money could have been put aside by her before a trial. This is not unusual in Germany. The incredibly and absolutely outrageous thing is that she is being accused of $ 140 German Criminal Law: reward and approval of crimes. Her crime was, and that it the top of the cream, is that she approves the Russian SMO and since the Russian SMO is allegedly against International Law she allegedly is stirring public discontent in Germany and is endangering public peace. YES, you are reading correctly. The original sentences sound like from 1933. This would, although horrifying, still be acceptable if all of the German Government and all of the German parliament had been prosecuted for taking part in illegal NATO actions against other countries. Which, of course, has never happened, although it is the same criminal offence. So this is the point where you can see that either the government is dictating the allegedly independent judiciary political justice OR some judge is doing this by practicing anticipatory obedience. Both is horrifying. Her bank account and that of her father has been terminated by the bank; so this officially is a private law maneuvre (which of course it is not -same problem as with the judge - political progrom climate). Anyway, she has not been judged so far, and I doubt that it will happen after all this negative PR for the German Judiciary System. But who knows, at the moment everything seems possible ...
