Watch me test out my play snowmobile on an adventure in Ontario's snowmobile capital, Cochrane Ontario. Very cold 5 days and HWY closures on our travels northbound, self found detours pulling F-450 with 44 foot trailers out of the snowmobile trail with the Nissan. Nissan Titan XD Cummins cold start after 5 days at lows of -30 celcius.

I USED to own a diesel. This is one reason I don't anymore. Thanks for the reminder.

Expo Sport 900 ACE. After watching video the deep snow question was dumb. Looks impressive.

That's why I don't have a diesel, here in Central BC we tend to use 144 or 154 mountain sleds rather than x overs more track to stay on top less trenching, very few of our trails are grommed so your always breaking trail. You could have drained and saved engine oil and pre warmed it by fire and then put it back in engine, works really good but basically a last resort hail Mary move.

I’m just going to offer to drive this year with my gas truck lol I’ve been to Grizzly Lodge for a trip and definitely see the benefits of the long tracks. I always road 136” 1.25” or 1.5” now I run a 146” 2” and of course the Skandic at the property.

Where is your property in Cochrane? What lake are you on looks awesome...I’m also from Cochrane and have propert close to the tower you visited

I have an Expedition Sport (550 lbs), and was thinking of a Backcountry Sport for my wife. How is the Backcountry in deep snow?

The backcountry sport with 16”x146”x2” and all suspension adjustments made for deep snow performance will handle any snow depths Ontario has to offer, rider skill dependent. Best sled I’ve ridden in the deep stuff, aside from being down on power that other engine options have it works really good.
