Thank you sir for reviewing Changan Alsvin. . I opt to get this unit, I used to drive Hyundai Gets, Toyota Wigo and then now Alsvin. . Using it for a year and surprisingly good buy for me ☺️

@@markjavier8157 Same with what Sir Caco mentioned, fuel efficiency and that blind spot cam sa right. I tried with a little bit of traffic dto sa metro and it's ranging from around 9 to 11 while 14 to 17 sa highway. . Other than that, you won't expect the interior will be decent enough na it doesnt look cheap though. .I got mine for 639k which was almost the same price of my Wigo 2015. Service, hmm well since HARI ang nghandle kay Changan, no issues naman with PMS etc so far. .

@@St3PdOwN2UrL3v3L okay sya sir. . Pinakamalyo ko plang sya nadala Batangas port from Manila, goods naman using cruise control sa Star tollway pag kaunti lng cars then sa Skyway 😄. . We have a group and one tried from Isabela to Baguio. .as per him, goods sya long Drive and very fuel efficient

Triple comparo Sir Caco: MG5, Changan Alsvin, and Geely Emgrand :) I think 1 major benefit of the right side camera in the Alsvin is in turning along tight corners wc are present in many areas of our country, whether urban or rural (just like in our place). My wife and I (whoever is driving) tackle very tight corners on a daily basis on our way to and from work.

The side-mirror camera could be useful for blind curves, or for new driver -- to check your clearance to the right.

i think side mirror camera is useful if there is a big car or trucks in front of you and you want to change your lane. this is for the blind spot in front right side during changing of lanes. .

It somewhat looks like a minified IS XE20. However, features and good interior on the cheap are the main selling points of Chinese cars these days. So if this doesn't have those, then that negates their value proposition.

hey sir caco..i have a useful answer for that camera facing the front..since when turning left or right you usually look at your side mirrors so thats okay..then the camera itself is useful when you turn on corners where sometimes there are pot holes which you dont normally see because its at front and below your eye level already...also sometimes there are posts..or high sidewalks which we tend to get dented on while turning since we cant see it..if its always looking at the back..then you tend to bump those things first before you realized ooppss whats that..not sure if its clear explanation..i guess for me thats a great benefit!hehe

For overtaking on the right lane din. Minsan di ka talaga makaovertake sa left dahil puno ng oncoming, gusto mo overtake sa right pero mga big truck/bus/pickups/suv nasa harap mo. Di mo talaga makikita kung clear yung right lane or hindi. Lalo na sa provincial highways na hindi naman nagpupunta sa right yung mababagal.

Hmmm. I think Changan took the majority of the design of the interior from BMW. Look at how the center panel swoops and the steering wheel. Don't forget about the steering wheel. It's a blatant copy of a BMW steering wheel. As for the exterior, it takes majority of its design from Hyundai. Rear of the Elantra, side profile of the Accent (kinda ironic since the distributor here is also the distributor of Hyundai). The front somehow looks like a Renault ZOE. Don't get me wrong, this car looks coherently designed and it looks refreshing to see from a sea of Vios all around.

Hello, guys! There are a few corrections we would like to point out.😅 All variants of the Changan Alsvin have keyless entry capability with the use of a remote control. And there is a typo on the fuel efficiency graphics. Here are the correct numbers instead: Heavy Traffic - 9.5-10 km/L Light Traffic - 14 km/L Thank you for catching that one. 🙏

@@eeoui0334 it's just like a manual clutch but much smaller. When you were stuck in traffic, barely moving it is half engaged. Meaning it is wearing out. And eventually you'll have to replace it which will be expensive.

@@joshcastillo141 “all-new” is not the same as “new”. This model (A00) came out in 2012. Wala pang all-new generation of Mirage. Facelifted version palang ang available na Mirage. God bless!

Apparently, Autodeal only has the spare key. The standard Alsvin has the remote for the main key which also flips out (balisong type)

you dont need to put the key in the lock to open it, just press on the button and it's ready to open
