2022 Colorado Railroad Museum's Colorado Crossing Event

The colorado crossings event at the Colorado Railroad Museum was an event that featured Rio grande #491, and RGS 6, 7, 2, and 20. All of the consists pulled during these events were historic including a freight train that 491 pulled. Please enjoy the video and consider subscribing.
-----note, b21 was not backdated, it was actually forward dated from its former Rico appearance. It was late while I was editing and missed this detail and got it reversed.

The Golden, Co. CRRM site is a major improvement over the first one created by Mr. Bob Richardson and company, and I visited every time I traveled to the Denver area!! I have always wished a larger area had been available to permit future expansion of the historic displays, and more opportunities for more events. However, the Museum has done very well with what it has been charged. Thanks for all of the work over the decades!!

I tol the train out if Durango to Silverton, a definate must do, historic, and really beautiful

The Geese are neat and I really like the outside drivered Locomotives over the inside drivered ones. Would love to see that Bumble bee on display restored to operation for the D&S or C&T

B-21 is actually a later version of the car, after it was called Rico. So technically we forward dated the car.

Lovely film. What day was this Saturday or sunday? My grandpa and I went Sunday but didn't stay to watch the freight train being pulled. Wished I knew that was happening.

It was filmed on Saturday. The freight train was definitely cool, but i'm sure it will happen again at another one of these events. Thanks for checking out our video!
