These are my favorite videos you do. I live vicariously through your fair going. 1) brisket taco, all in, no question, I lovvvvve all things brisket. I use the flat to make beef jerky if I’m not having guests (cuz that’s a lot for just two people), and just keep the point to make burnt ends. It shreds nice too for tacos. 2) pizza pickle?!? I …. Felt I was more excited until I saw you eat it. I thought maybe it was a pickle stuffed with pepperoni and cheese and sauce. I’m less impressed now. In Massachusetts at the fair they have a pickle corn dog which is just a massive pickle, hollowed out, with a hot dog shoved through it. THAT is a work of art. This feels like a missed opportunity to me. 3) strawberry hot dog - as long as there’s no Mayo in that slaw, I’m down, without question. A vinegar based slaw is great, vinegar and strawberries complement each other really well, I feel like I’d dig this. Thanks for sharing!

Looks like alot of fun!! My community use to have a festival every year . but the young crowd caused alot of problems and they did away with it. Food looked yummy !!

I saw the booth in your video.... I'm wondering... if the Elephant Ears were African Elephant or Indian Elephant ? A remake of the classic bar food fried pickles, sounded good. The strawberry slaw sounded good. I think that is something I would like to make and see how I can do.... lots of berry taste and a little sweetness and maybe a bit tart from vinegar . The strawberry lemonade sounds great!!! Awesome Video!!

I did a mystery shop on Nathan's a few yrars ago. Their hot dog was uncooked and cold. Give me a Ballpark dog any day!
