*Correction, this is a Giant Trance X *The flight attendant is something that is probably unobtainable to most of us ( me included ) but holy shit does this thing work. It will transform any suspension platform and make larger travel bikes more efficient. I honestly didn't even care about the AXS GX during the ride. The Flight Attendant stole the show!

Correction. I am an idiot. I just looked up the bike on Giant's website and the bike is indeed the Trance X. The geometry numbers are very similar between the Reign and the Trance with the Reign being around 1 degree slacker head angle.

I built and test rode a YT Jeffsy Uncaged with all the AXS and flight attendant around the parking lot this past summer. It was the easiest high end bike I’ve ever built. No cables to tune and I was also very impressed by it just jumping off curbs and sprinting on the street. Very cool stuff, but I wonder how it’ll degrade over time…like how will servicing happen if the electronically controlled mechanical portions start to fatigue

This bike is so amazing that I kept thinking about it days later and those thoughts also came up on my mind. I feel this type of bike is more of a showcase of what is possible vs what is practical to the every man/women. The price of the giant is actually reasonably priced at $8000. I was expecting $12k price tag and it would be that much if it was from anyone else.

@@s14tat Yeah the Jeffsy Uncaged 6 is like $7500. I think Flight Attendant is a huge improvement over Live Valve, at least in terms of user friendly-ness and setup. I also think its interesting to see electronically controlled suspension trickle down while e-bikes are sky rocketing in value. Wonder if there will be an E-Tuned Flight Attendant to compensate for different inertial forces...

@@VentureMTB That is a incredible value for the yt and the giant. E bikes are starting to have abs. Soon they might have automatic transmissions. Never tried live valve. I was not expecting to ever be able ride a bike with flight attendant either though.

once you got axs its hard to go back...the shifting is so nice

I actually didn't care too much for the axs gx. The flight attendant stole the entire show. Didn't care about the bike either.

Aweful. You.said Reign at first, the video says trance x, you then said teance x in the video but anotayed Reign. Terrible, have no idea what bike thos is

@@simplemanmtb143 yes I was confused because when I first got the demo, even the guys didn't know what model it was. So when I actually stopped to take a look it was like " this is a trance x!?" The point of the video was to come into this bike completely blind so I don't have any preconceived notion of it. It was to focus on the flight attendant which felt amazing.
