I drive an FK8 type R and I'd be hard pressed to take that canyon road any faster. The N is such a bad ass car. That DCT is superb as well. I had a veloster N DCT for a while and adored the transmission. I did catch myself missing a manual now and then, but come track day I think i'd actually opt for a DCT if I had a choice.

Good stuff. I love that traffic circle off PCH in Long Beach. I would do my late night evening cruises there and go round and round a few times when there are no other cars just for the heck of it lol

I got mine in February, I'm writing this in Late August. I've seen exactly two Elantra N's on the road. One at the track in Lime Rock Park Connecticut and one on the way home in NY.

Extremely fast DCT, faster than VAG's DSG or Renault's EDC. I bought a Kona N recently. Honestly, I was shocked at how high performance it is. Good work 🇰🇷

As a diehard manual transmission guy, I wanted to see how the dct paddle combo responds to driver input. Didnt see the shifters being used at all unfortunately

Trans responds really quick but if you drive one or race one you’ll see that it’s not necessary it’s very good at keeping u in the right gear manual shifting it makes u slightly slower.

I love these!! Sadly, we don’t get the Elantra here in the UK, we get the i20 N, the i30 N and the Kona N. I would love to see some kind of Hyundai SUV with the N name plate in the UK. I really do hope they come to the UK at some point. Greetings from Brighton and Hove UK. 🇬🇧🇬🇧

I bought a 2021 Hyundai Elantra i don't know what to do. The underneath crackling sounds there's no power it pulls back all the time I think there wiring problems. It does not drive smooth. Do you know what I can do. Took it it one time they kept my car for over 8 days telling me there was nothing wrong with it. Kept saying they were busy.

Did you buy a 2021 Elantra N or just the regular Elantra? Because the regular Elantra won't have as much power as the N.

Great car for the track, just not sure if it's a great daily driver. Lots of wind noise and it doesn't take bumps easily, but all that might not matter do to the performance of this car. It is very impressive

Don't know what you're talking about. Ride is very smooth in normal mode. Only hard in N mode.

I daily my intense blue and nothing but comfort. I keep mines on normal mode but only for the break in period. It takes some getting used to with the seats but now it's not really an issue after about 250 miles.

These cars just like the Nissan need more attention to interior detail.. I would gladly pay an additional 10k for a well built and used material like real brushed aluminum etc these things are built with such cheap materials it turns me away from buying such a vehicle..
