Out of all the bikes I've ever owned KTM gave the most amount of goodies and so many stock / aftermarket parts

@Jorge L Sanchez definitely ask about the recall the CDI box will be marked with a green dot sticker it's hit and miss with the crank I've been doing a play by play and will be releasing the last update video soon

@@groundzero-979 Yes,but the recall is only on the 125 sx models,not the 250 as far as I know.Do u heard anything about 250's getting any recalls?

Correct the recall is for the 125 and 150 they run the same crank but considering what the out come has been with them it never hurts to ask just to be safe

I would say at 5.3 you would have a little bit of a of a hard time starting without blocks I'm 5'8 and still tip-toeing on it but there are companies out there that do make lowering kits devol engineering is a pretty good one if you're definitely serious about looking into the bike

They had a recall for the CDI box to limit the Rev limiting because the lower rod bearings for letting loose they blame the CDI box but they also had a new crank distributor for 2022 and it's believed that the bearings were either overpressed or faulty I've had my recall done and have done updates on it on my channel haven't had any issues yet but I also don't ping mine off the rev limiter either so seems like that has been hit or miss with people

Also after the research that I've done the majority of people that had the engine let go was around 8 hours and some people at 20 hours ish but all my information is based off of people that I have talked to and stories I have read

@@groundzero-979 will the extended warranty cover the rod/crank re build do you know? the damn thing should last more then 6-8 hours of life. dont know about getting it now, but thanks for your help.

@@groundzero-979 I’m no engineer. Just thought you would appreciate the correct country that KTM’s are made in. Of course, Germany is a neighbor to Austria, but it’s not where they are made. Wasn’t meant to call you out by any means.

Also, nice bike. I picked up the exact same bike recently. Ran out of talent on the 450 and got bit.

Yeah I realize what I said after I posted the video that was my mistake I was just so excited to get the bike. this is something that's was in the works for a while .. but I do appreciate you correcting me and I'm open to any constructive criticism I can get to improve this channel for everybody

And thanks this bike has been amazing .. and I feel you I've been riding that RM250 for a long time I missed my old KX 125 and wanted to try something new and back pedal I feel like with my body weight and height I can control the 125 a lot better plus I'm getting ready to turn 42 my healing time is a lot longer these days lol
