2022 Lake Sonoma 50 | Race Recap

Күн бұрынMy first running of the Lake Sonoma 50, an epic ultramarathon around Lake Sonoma in Healdsburg, CA. This is a remarkable race with a relentless reputation, bringing out high-caliber athletes and passionate ultrarunners to test themselves over the course of 50 miles and roughly 10,500 feet of elevation gain. The 2022 edition of Lake Sonoma 50 is the first to be directed by Gina Lucrezi and Justin Keller, the founders of Trail Sisters, who did a superb job.
A massive, special thank you to the Healdsburg Running Company, the incredible volunteers, and the amazing ultrarunning community for coming out big and supporting the runners every step of the way. It was a truly incredible experience.
