The 2022 Low Rider S (FXLRS) is a value juggernaut. It packs such a huge punch from power to weight ratio to the handling and maneuverability.
In this video I take a good look at the things that separate the Low Rider S from previous year models and well as what separates it from the rest of the pack. at $18,349 it's worth every penny.
I test 0-60 times (Very inconsistently), I take it through some back county roads, and I take some time to reflect on the ride.
I've owned a twin cam Low Rider S and this new softail platform with the 117 makes this bike feel special again. Watch all the way through and please drop a like and subscribe!

I test rode this one today with an S&S 2 into 1 and bars with pull back more in keeping the with the club style 2015 Dyna street bob I currently ride. My thoughts: The bike had some grunt you just LACK with the stock pipes so it finally sounded right. The smoothness of the engine I originally thought was depressing and lacking character added to it, actually. Now you have the roar with the refined character of a high quality machine. 👌 Though I never once pinned the throttle during the ride, I did push her with 50% throttle and she pulled seemingly as hard as my stage one Dyna at FULL throttle. Brakes are an improvement as the front had bite to it to really slow her down. The suspension is VASTLY improved. Less buck over bumps and I intentionally went over every damn road imperfection and pot hole to confirm this. The 107 M8 street bob I test rode did not do it for me. I would take my Twin Cam Dyna over it. I thought this would be the same. Nope, I can absolutely state this is an improvement that makes me Long for it. I'll have to try the revmax engine (especially if they put it into a frame such as this) to really know if it's the direction I want to go. But daaaaaamn the bike is waaaaaaay better than my Dyna.

I've just have a little over 2000 miles on mine and I'll throw out what I'm gong to change. I think the lower setting of the headlight should go out just a bit farther, the bright seem to reach infinity . I'll get different mid pegs and setup some type of forward pegs. I'll probably need to lose the cool air cleaner to do it. I'll get new pipes or slip-ons to make it sound better. I may get a fairing with windscreen on it but I'm looking for exactly the right one for my height. Oh and some type of cup holder. Other than that it's pretty awesome.

A ninja 1000sx in the hands of a competent rider should do it in about three seconds flat. I wouldn’t be surprised if a professional could get it a bit lower than that. Launch control is not quicker, it is more consistent and safer. I’ve got a versys 1000 (same engine) in my collection and I’ve done about 3.1 seconds according to GPS. That was with a fully loaded bike. Not to mention the ninja will smoke the Harley the second you’re beyond 70 miles an hour. Literally will walk away from it with no effort at all
