I love the CLA and GLA. What’s stopping me from getting one of those is the reliability. I’m leaning towards a Lexus.

Thank you for posting this. I will get delivery in a few days. And wanted to see what I would be getting. But I wish you would have gone into the 3 or 4 different packages it comes with. Even if you just describe them in the box under the video.

My salesperson lied to me and said they do not offer the lift gate for the trunk. He forgot to order it for me and also the automatic moving seats. He never even gave me a survey because he knew I would give an awful review.

Sorry to hear that. You should see if they are willing to do something to compensate you for your experience (free oil change, maintenance..etc)

@@abhisheksubramanian9665 Can't tell you about any drawbacks yet, just went on a 3000 mile trip and everything worked great. There is one thing I haven't figured out yet is how to view my tire pressures on the dash. One other thing is the car doesn't have "lane assist", to prevent wander. Actual fact my 2020 Blazer was more equipped than the 250 Mercedes. Still a great car and look forward to hearing from you again.
