Great video Jesse! Went for second ride last weekend in Stewertstown just below Pittsburg on the new XCR. Finally got out of break in. Wow!! Love the 850 power. Your videos inspired me to make the sled choice that I did Thanks. Personally no music love the sound of that engine.

It's really nice for a novice mechanic but long time rider to learn and see how this stuff works and can be adjusted. We pay plenty of money for these machines but dealers don't take time to ask or set up sled for riders. (They don't have to do it for free) Seems like the technology is there and Polaris makes it easy for at home adjustments to make sled "your own" riding experience just right! Keep the videos coming. Love this!

Hi Jesse, very informative videos. I worked at a dealership 25 yrs ago. It's nice to get a refresher course ! I noticed your gold stickers before you mentioned them. I'm not a fan of gold but they do look good on your machine.

Excellent advice, I haven’t ridden for years picked up a turbo Dragon, thought the sled was tippy & front end light, wispy washy on the turns, I’m going to tighten the straps & get more down force/control, No Mountain rides just ditch style & trail

I see u were at whiskey Jack's u were right by the cabin. Trails look good when we were leaving last thrusday morning the trails were already bumpy with all the fresh snow they had.

Gold looks great on your sled or black. No music only motor music. Limiter strap adjustment is good know. I always make compression stiff on front track shock first. Then limiter strap if I can’t get any other way

I just got my xcr yesterday so I put it on the scales and found its 200 lbs on the front of the skid and a 108 on the rear, 61 on the skis. You should check out the adjustable limiter straps o. Accelerated technologies website. I'm ordering them with springs.

I find it also helps to think of it as the difference between trying to backup a trailer with two axles versus one as the single axle will always turn sharper and quicker. Since changing limiter strap settings is really hard to do on the trail and because as mentioned in this video, Polaris doesn't drill enough holes in the oem strap. You could install a Track-link and adjust it easily with a 1/2" wrench.
