Finally received some exciting parts to upgrade the RGST! The HD Color Matched Spoiler and Hogworkz Color Matched Stretched Side Covers. Join me as I run through the installs and show the finished look of the bike.
*IMPORTANT NOTE*
If you have the Ciro Tie-Down Brackets installed as I do, you will NEED to REMOVE THEM. They rub on the edges of the Spoiler Kit once installed and WILL DAMAGE the Spoiler and the paint.

Thank you, much appreciated. I know I can speak from experience, it can be a bit tricky figuring out some of these installs, lol, which is why I just film what happens, no script. Being that I took the fairing off soooo many times, I did not see the need to do so again, I am glad the video helped and showed a different option. I truly appreciate the feedback and comments. Want to say, thanks. Just installed the spoiler on my RGST. Your vid, and explanation helped a whole lot. Wasn’t completely smooth, but for the most part, yes.

You should also note that if you don't already have the chopped engine guard you will need one before you can do the oil cooler panels and the fairing will have to come off to do the install

Good video on spoiler kit. Where did you get front brackets to tie the bike down?

Thanks Dan, much appreciated. If you look at the playlist for the Road Glide ST there is a video on the Ciro tie down brackets. Covers everything about them plus the install. Just remember that if you are installing the spoiler, they will not clear it when turning so you can’t have both on the bike. Ride safe.

Bike looks sharp brother. I was just wondering how come you went with the HD and not the advanblack?

Thank you, I appreciate that! I had researched both HD and Advanblack parts and install videos. From the videos I saw and the feedback I read on various sites, there were fitment issues and paint flaws in some cases from Advanblack. Final result, even though more expensive even with a discount, was to stay with HD since I could go back to them a lot easier than Advanblack if I ran into issues. I appreciate the question and ride safe

Does the center spoiler fit the 2019 roadglide with the big case savers and lower leg covers? Nice job! Nice bike, and what headlights are you running. Thanks

Thank you, much appreciated. I would check with the dealer on if that would fit for your year, it’s an in store purchase only, or you could look at advan black as well. They may have that posted. As for the light, it’s hogworkz light, I did a video on that as well so check that one out for all the details and part numbers. Ride safe.

You don't mind that the side covers sit lower than the bottom of the bag? I think those side covers are designed for the OEM stretched bags.

Thanks for the question, you are correct. When I ordered them Hogworkz stated they would fit the ST, when I got them on, I noticed the difference. They need to state only if you have stretched bags. The good thing is now others know, lol. Honestly, it doesn’t bother me because I like the look and the design of the covers. Some may not like the little part below but I don’t mind it. Appreciate the question and the feedback ride safe.

Does that help with deflection or offer protection from rain or wind to your legs?

Thanks for the question. In my experience it seems to redirect air more to the engine and not as much straight up. However, I control the front airflow with the duct vent so it’s a little better as well. I do not feel as much up draft but it’s not wide like a lower. Hope that helps, ride safe.
