The journey is the cake mate a Stag is just the Icing on the top and I'll eat a cake without Icing any day ,nothing beats being out in the bush with a mate or 2.

Awesome to see you guys out and about in the national park. That's one of my favourite places up there but it gets looked over by alot of people. There are well used camp sites on the next 2 spurs around too. There was a small stag head that someone had cut off and left in a tree up near where you looked into that next system. Did you happen to find it ?

Small world. That's my little stag head on the ledge. It's a great spot there but I agree, a better camp spot 2 spurs over.

Cheers! Using the Kuiu Mountain Star tent, the sleeping bag was a Vango Cobra 400 from memory 🍻 www.trailhiker.com.au is where I usually get my backpacking gear!
