This is a good, basic, no nonsense, durable, naturally aspirated, dependable and reliable A to B car. Can’t really complain. You’ll hardly see any of these cars leaving you stranded due to breakdown. Hybrid would be better and Toyota gives 4 types of Corolla for us to chose from: Corolla Hatchback, Corolla Sedan, Corolla Touring Sports (Estate/Station Wagon) and Corolla Cross.

The CVT engine sound is not good 👎😿

Yeah i have one. Only a few months old and the engine is bloody noisy. The gearbox is the worst part though... Under acceleration it holds gear waay too long, so the engine sounds very strained. I just put the car into manual mode if i need to do any overtaking. I had an old ford ecosport 1.0t and its crazy how more refined its engine and gearbox were.
