One of my favourite bikes was a new 1969 Triumph Tiger 650, my first big bike, and it was glorious. A lot of miles on both street and highway riding were very comfortable and trouble free, and the Rocket Three looks like I want one!

As always, great video. I did take one for a test ride years ago and was surprised at how easy they are to ride slow in parking lots. Then on the road it felt much smaller than it is. Hope you enjoy your time with it.

I had a Yamaha Midnight STar 1700 that was right around 750 Pounds ..SO this one is lighter then that .... Great clip Kate ..Thanks .I hope you are enjoying some of that torque ...:) Here in the USA people talk about a bike like that,that it "Pulls like a freight Train " .. Happy Spring !!!

Hi Kate great review, awesome looking bike. I saw one in the Triumph dealer the other day. I was too scared to go near it😂. After watching you sit on it and move it around. Gave me a confidence boost. I will go sit on it next time I'm there. I'm 5'7in so should be fine... I had hoped you would fire it up so we could hear it. I found a video with stock and after market sounds. That triple sounds awesome just with stock. Anyway look forward to your next vid. Cheers R

Really like how you setup your reviews Kate… Here’s a thought on how to make your channel grow: maybe add a ‘Kate score’ when you test bikes and give a verdict… Like Doug de Muro… the guys got millions of subscribers, part of that due to that ‘Doug score’ thing I think…. Hi 👋 Kate that’s not my bike 🏍, definitely, I’m a supernaked guy. But I like it so much. I love its muscle 💪🏽 “vertical”engine, it’s seems a ship 🚢 one. So so cool 😎 I would like to give it a try. Anyway, spring is coming,and motorbikes are awaking from their winter rest. Battery 🔋 charged, tires inflated, chain nice and lubricated . We’re ready for warm and fun journeys.

Cripes! This one's like one of these monster stationary engines for industrial use. I just wonder what the insurance cost would be to row a trailer c/w bags of cement and building materials. Or fit wings - reminds me of an aero engine like a Spitfire or FW190E. How practical i it really? It may be easy enough to move around but if it fell over you might have to get Mike to hire a mini-JCB to pick up. Maybe a course in weights could help! I'd like to see you riding this. Hopefully you earn enough from the channel for a back tyre!

Hahaha yea, I wouldn't like it to go over!! 😬 I don't think it's a practical bike, but riding round on it, it's clear to me what it is. It's a ridiculous head turner and it attracts everyone at a bike meet to have a chat about it. I have 2 riding vlogs for you, in the second one... there is even an accidental jump, turns out rockets can fly 🚀 🤦‍♀️

Have to agree, feel a bit short changed waiting for kate to hop on bike and hear it roar. Maybe im getting too impatient in my old age but i doubt im the only one. Content is great, but maybe give it a little tickle at the end kate, maybe a 30 second start up and short ride which leads into your next vid? Its your content of course, please take this as constructive, i will continue to be a big UNK fanboy.

@@chrisnightingale6417 you don't have to watch these ones if you don't want to, I'm not saying that in an uppity way incase lack of tone is misconstrued. There are lots of people that like specification stuff, height references and pushing bikes etcs. I am enjoying these type of structures to my youtubing. Walkround then first impressions then riding some more. I'm putting 2 videos out a week so if you see walkround in the title, you know it's not for you, but a riding vlog i assure you will be round the corner! 😊 thanks for feedback though 👍

Depends on a multitude of factors. Location, age, rate of thefts of that particular bike in your particular area. I think for a 30 year old, it's pretty good!

Of all things I wanted to see you do, testing this was it! I met a guy in 2012 when I toured Italy and took in the Mugello GP who called his first model Rocket 3 the B@$t*rd , because of its bad" table manners" on forecourts etc. I wondered whether you would handle it with skill and then thought is The Pope a Catholic!

I thought my bike had a bit of torque, this has 32ftlb more then mine 😭😭😭, should i go for a 2-1 and increase the torque........ nah I'll need the money for the petrol.

Will only increase the torque at higher rpm . Less useful that way. Torque is always best low down.

@@lozblessed8609 its crazy, because it is classed as a 'cruiser' and falls into that category, in the UK, it's cheaper to insure then you would expect! 😁
