2022 YZ250x cruising around on the farm breaking it in

Little bit gutted with the 2022 YZ250X as it doesn't come with the new 2022 YZ upgrades. Heres a video of me breaking it in riding around on the farm, this is my first new motorbike ever.

That's one sweet piece of property to have to ride on. LOL I'd take your farm and plant trees everywhere and then in 30 years you'd have one hell of a enduro trail. Love the 250x!

I love my 250x it's awesome 👌 I put a lectron billetron on mine. Bike is super crisp now.

Enjoy my friend! I have a 2017 YZ250X with a SmartCarb and I'm keeping that bike until the frame disintegrates. Stupid amounts of fun to ride BRAAAAAAAAP 🤘

Hey, How do you like Smart Carb vs keihin pwk38..I have a 21' 250x..Jetted best i can.Runs good but wanna try JD jetting kit..

@@jingelsby I love it! Definitely worth every penny. Immediately upon first start after installation the idle stabilized and power delivery was very smooth & linear. The "hit" is still there after warm up but it's a controllable hit. Trimming the air boot for the SmartCarb wasn't too bad. I used a dremel and only had to shave off a tad. The SmartCarb uses the existing throttle cable and came with an inline fuel filter. If you plan on keeping your 250X for the long run it'll be a great upgrade.

@@brettdotcom3107 anytime brother! Installation was pretty straight forward, I just took my time to ensure it was done properly and that I followed all of SmartCarb's instructions. Plus there's plenty of videos on YT, especially how to trim the air boot. One thing I like about SmartCarb is that when you order one, you fill out an online form detailing your riding style, engine modifications (if any), altitude/etc. and based on that info, your carb is built. So it's literally a custom-tailored carb.

Hey mate If you want to improve the bikes power and fuel economy get ya self a lectron carb. My 2019 yz250x has one and it runs clean. The bike response is amazing. I can also ride in 4th gear all day with no bogging. The carb will pay it self off over time really good investment.. Much love from Australia I'm keen to go over to new Zealand and ride one day 🇳🇿 🙌 ❤

The upgrades the regular 250 got were a just body panels and slightly different air filter. Personally, I'd just buy the panels if it bugs you haha. Enjoy your bike!

Watch motocross action vid……a lot of differences main one being a wider ratio tranny… for enduro the x is superior.

Check panterra motor sports they make a bigger stator with their electric start kit. I’m not sure if you can just buy the stator kit though
