2023 CAN AM Outlander 1000R XMR - FOX Shocks Gone...SHOWA In!

Күн бұрынI just picked up a new 2023 Can-Am Outlander 1000 XMR and couldn't be happier. First thing I noticed...NO MORE FOX SHOCKS! This change from FOX to SHOWA suspension was made mid production in April 2023.
Share your thoughts on FOX vs. SHOWA in the comments. I'm not familiar with SHOWA so let me know how they compare.

I love how those tries never go flat. I put a hole in the rim with my brakes. didn't know till I got home. notice a bit low. while washing I was freaking out. big hole in the RIM inside. you can travel all around the world and never go flat.

My dealer forgot to put air in my tires on my 2023. Zero psi in all 4. Took me a week to notice and it was just by chance of checking them to be sure.

Showa definitely good shocks I would say this is a step in the right direction for can am

Showa shocks come from motocross there very good

Why would they change the shocks for something unknown?

Is it good for trail riding to or is it to stiff?

It is definitely more stiff but I'm still enjoying it for trail riding. The ground clearance makes a big difference. It's definitely more rough for a passenger though compared to a regular Max machine.
